The door code entry system works well. Parking and charger very useful. Our room was not made up when we arrived at the time we had agreed to check in. However, we met the owner who soon remedied the situation and couldn't have been more helpful. The position is ideal being right in the heart of Nancy.

The hotel offers 4 apartments and 1 smaller "room", which we had booked. The room was good-sized and it had a large bed which was very comfortable. The best selling point of the hotel is its location - right next to the park and a very short walk to Place Stanislas which is the heart of the old town in Nancy. We also loved that it included private parking right next to the hotel.
First, be prepared to climb a lot of steps - there's no elevator and all the rooms are on the 2nd floor up a winding (and beautiful) staircase. The bathroom has a standing tub without an enclosure - while there was a shower attachment we didn't use it for fear of all the water we would have had to clean up outside the tub. There were reading lamps for the bed but a couple of the bulbs were out. And while the hosts were thoughtful enough to provide some silverware and there's a small mini-fridge (but no real place to eat), we were a bit dismayed that they hadn't provided a corkscrew (in France no less!)

The location bang next to a big park and in the middle of the center of town is extraordinary.
It is on the second floor, a lift would be better. More towels too.

We arrived on 14 July. National holiday in France. The host warned us that it was going to be crowded. In retrospective it would have been better if the host just closed reservations for that day. It was almost impossible to enter the hotel. The parc was closed and guards/police would not let us in. The host was only available via whatsapp. A good host makes sure he is present, knowing that the situation was going to be difficult and knowing that guests were about to arrive. We walked around trying to get in for 1,5 hours!

Excellent location
It's not a hotel and it's not an apartment. Instructions on the gate give a number to call--no reply to call, but a text arrives (OK if looking out for one) with codes. Fine, but why not explain and send in advance. A very nice room with ornate ceiling has had a rather ugly pre-fab bathroom and kitchen inserted. Functional but not attractive.

The apartment is beautifully light and spacious. It is comfortably furnished with all the equipment and facilities needed for a short stay. The air conditioning was especially welcome in a period of hot weather. It is superbly located just a few minutes' walk from Place Stanislas and yet very quiet with a lovely green outlook onto gardens and a small park.
Having private parking is extremely convenient in the city centre.
On the day of arrival the host sent comprehensive directions for reaching the property along with entry key codes so the fact that there is no-one on site is not a problem.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Location, setting and parking all good. Lovely building. Toiletries were superb. Mini dishwasher was very useful.
The WC arrangement left a bit to be desired. Safe did not work, and needs to be fixed in place. Decor was a little tired.

Chairs in the kitchen are very uncomfortable, the shower didn't have ventilation so the ceiling is damp and damaged.

Very well located, nice apartment. A little hard to find but the hosts provided excellent directions. Beautiful views and location near park and historic buildings.

It’s super comfortable and cosy, and a very nice calm location
No dishwasher tabs and the cleaning person came without knocking before check out time in the room, and as I just came out of the shower, really not okay!
