There is an acsess to the sea, pool and water park, though for quite a limited time: only till 5 pm, and the swimming pool is blocked from the acsess till about 9 am

The staff is unacceptedly impolite, starting from the entrance: they treat the guests dependent on whether they are going to stay in the hotel or just visiting the water facilities. They do not greet, they are rude and have tendency to argue with you, even when you are requesting only for the proper service. We had an issue with the electronic key of the room - it simply did not work for 4 times, and every time I had to walk all the distance from the room to the reception and back, and they were reproaching me for being impatient. 4 times of lock failure within a few hours for 2200 NIS per one night - I think it is a terrible statistics.

Good breakfast, expensive dinner!!! 150 shekels also for toddlers?

The activities where bad organized, not clean hotel, people without mask including workers.... Didn't feel safe with corona restrictions...

The breakfast was very good, the pool, the view and all the facilities we're excellent. The staff is very helpful

The property and the size of the room. We stayed there with one 3-year old and one baby. We paid almost twice the price than for a couple but we didn't get a bigger room. Its really a shame !

Over all my stay at the hotel was good. The hotel wasn't fully booked so it was very quiet and I loved it. The food is amazing. Especially for non Israelis, the experience of the food is something you shouldn't miss. No where in the world will you get a decent breakfast like in Israel! The hotel is located right on the sea of galili and has a private beach, don't miss it. It also has a private water park - perfect for kids of all ages. The staff at the hotel is there to please and help in any way possible.

The only down side to the whole stay was the price. With taxes I paid over 3,600 nis for 2 nights B&B - 1 adult+3 kids under 12 y. For that price I could have flown to Cyprus or Greece... But so are the prices in Israel...
