Beautifully clean cottage supplied with everything we needed plus a lovely helpful host and a wonderful view - what more could you want.

Jackie and Peter were very helpful and accommodating, including giving access to their fruit trees and vege garden. Poinciana has everything you need to be self sufficient, a great BBQ area, car hire already sorted, all appliance and device instruction manuals, a clear waste sorting and recycling system, and an island orientation tour organised for the first day. Lots of added extras available to enjoy the beach and many outdoor spaces, such as access to snorkeling gear, beach towels, esky, ice bricks, umbrella and other picnic necessities.

Jackie and Peter are very friendly hosts. Our stay was lovely and quiet even though we were right near the airport. Accommodation was very comfortable and shower was excellent. Water straight from the tap is the best I've ever had.
