Good location, a place to stay

The caravan had not been cleaned since the previous occupants. Walked in to find crates of empty beer bottles next to an overflowing bin, dirty cups and plates in the sink, dirty used tissues on the worktop and dirt all over the carpets. Then there was the old sausage rolls left in the fridge, absolutely disgusting.

We arrived at 8pm on thursday and the shower and toilet was blocked so my husband had to unblock it. The double bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke so we had to sleep in the single beds. The table is a danger for kids as the slightest touch and the table tips over. Overall really disappointed

Nice location, lovely site very well maintained .a very relaxing area very tranquil ..apart from the bedrooms letting the caravan down , everywhere else was nice .

The mattresses and pillows were stained . Pillows wet in the morning due to condensation. It stated free WiFi in the folder but there wasn't a code. It.states pets welcome on the booking.com site but didn't ask for payment till after booking was made .and then was charged £30 for each dog.the caravan was hard to find due to the number not been visible had to get help from the security man and even he couldn't find it .also wasn't told there was a alarm inside.
