Had a terrific time at this house. This is our second time there are we loved all of the new improvements! The kitchen upgrade is fantastic. Plenty of rooms for everyone. The owner was super easy to communicate with. We hope to return. Thanks so much!

This property was everything I could have asked for. We are a family of 14, 5 of which were under the age of 4. Plenty room and plenty of space to spread out. Couldn’t ask for more. The property was very clean. The backyard was great for hanging out when the babies needed to be off the beach. Will book again

Extraordinarily spacious rental with tons of room both inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen with all your vacation needs … even has a wine fridge. Located on a beach block, super convenient and easy to get on and off the beach without having to make all your needs for the day since you can come and go quickly. Tons of beach chairs and bikes. Located right at the start of town so easy walk to restaurants and bars. Only drawback of location is that is one house off the main road and backs up a bit to the mini golf - was fine for most of trip but as the nightlife started to pick up later in the week, it was pretty noisy when enjoying the backyard and back deck but, you’re in Dewey, known for the party scene so not a huge deal. Great spot for a group of friends or families!

Great location , quiet during the time we stayed. Our family of 14 were comfortable, the grandchildren loved the loft. Old school beach house with nice upgrades and Jim was easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!

This house was perfect for our group of 14 over Memorial Day weekend. There was enough room for us all and even a twin air mattress or two so we could space out a bit more. Super close to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and toys to bring along. Tons of space to spread out among the two floors as well. Brand new kitchen and floors on the first floor were also a pleasant surprise when we arrived. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.

Biggest plus is the size of the place. 5 bedrooms plus a loft! Additionally 4 bathrooms all with showers or baths. Also lots of decks and beach chairs and whatnot on porch.The hardest part for me was cleanliness. Baseboards, for example, had not been cleaned for at least a year. The place was overall "broom clean" and definitely vacuumed. We are not super clean freaks, but we felt the need to wash all dishes and work surfaces before we used them.After that, the place needs updates - outdoor shower does not have enough pressure to use, there is deliberately no hose sprayer at the outside hose, the 30 year old dryer is rusted and broke while we were there, no gas grill, overall most beds, appliances from the 80s.

The location and size of property make it great for multi family. Suited for teens and adults really well. Loved being close to beach and porch for dropping off all beach gear, hose and outdoor shower was key for us! Overall very happy.

Five bedrooms and a loft, plus sofas galore for guests. Our large family had a wonderful vacay in this Dewey beach house! Lots of extra space for the kids to spread out, and a quick walk to the beach and everywhere: Breakfast, PuttPutt, ice cream, pizza...We hope to come back!
