Les avantages sont qu'il possède la plage privée en face de la maison avec chaises longues et parasols, aire de jeux pour enfants, grande terrasse (50m2) avec une belle vue sur la mer, place de parking et garage sont juste en face de la maison.

Il contient: deux chambres, deux salles de bain, l'appartement dispose d'une SMART TV dans le salon et d'une TV LCD dans les chambres,
un grand salon, cuisine entièrement équipée avec salle à manger, cheminée et
est équipé de plusieurs climatiseurs, accès Internet (WIFI)
et télévisions par satellite. À l'arrière de la maison, il y a une grande table et des chaises de barbecue et une aire de jeux pour les enfants.
La distance du marché est de 300m, une grande plage de sable avec beaucoup de bars et restaurants est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture et il ne faut que 10 minutes en voiture pour la ville de Trogir. Le restaurant le plus proche est à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement

Absolutely terrific apartment. Very comfortable and had everything that we could need. The sea view is tremendous from the spacious terrace which has comfortable sun loungers/furniture and was also great for outdoor dining.
Thanks also to Ivan for meeting us at the airport from a late night flight.

The property was absolutely lovely and the host was quick to handle any issues I had. When I return wi will look to book with him again. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

We had an awesome nice vacation at Ivan's apartment. He patiently wait until we arrived very late, thanks for that warm welcome late in the night. He show us every detail, from the nice kitchen with an supremely filled up fridge (with dalmatian especial food & beverages) , the huge terrace with the spectacular view to the islands Brac, Solta, Hvar. The flat was very clean and comfortable. All things which are necessary for an convenient stay where available. We didn't miss anything! From the sun beds to a cozy shell at the terrace, the comfortable couch (usable as a additional bed) the two sleeping rooms and the very well equipped bathroom (rain shower) and Light System. We had also the possibility to park our car into the garage directly under the apartments. We would like to be back.

Fantastic stay Ivan was very helpful. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The apartment had everything you could wish for plus lots of extra little touches. The only downside for us was that it was listed as two bathrooms when in fact there was one bathroom with toilet and then a separate toilet. Apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved our week here. The view is incredible the apartment has everything needed and is clean and new. The kitchen is newer than the photos appear. Two air conditioners kept us cool. The additional toilet was very handy. Will miss popping down to the beach for many swims.

Great apartment that easily fits five people. Very modern and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.
Acces to the sea is just down the stairs and a great pebble beach is only a 5 minute walk away.
We had a wonderful stay and absolutely recommend this apartment 😊

A truly lovely apartment with a stunning view. The aparment was lovely and clean and really well equipped. The terrace is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and the beach is only a few steps away which is definitely a bonus. The apartment is in a lovely quiet area yet within easy reach of a great restaurant and beach bar just 5 minutes walk down the coast path.
Ivan was really helpful and very accommodating.
We will definitely be returning.

Lovely place to stay. View is breathtaking. Apartment has everything you need. You do need a car to make the most of the area. Would definitely return.

Truly stunning apartment in a wonderful and beautiful part of the world. Ivan was a fantastic host, and could not do more for us during our stay. The apartment is located close to the sea, with a private beach of crystal clear water. There are local amenities including small shop a small walking distance from the villa; with numerous fantastic shops and restaurants a small drive away. 20 minutes from airport. Beautifully presented and clean, with all furnishing and equipment which would be expected. Very quiet location, and not disturbed. Overall stunning property in an even more stunning locations, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful and luxurious holiday!
