Nous fournissons de nombreuses chaises de plage, parasols, jouets de plage et glacières. Cette maison est parfaitement située. La plage de Narragansett Town est à seulement 2,5 km, et également à proximité de plus belles plages telles que la plage d'État de Scarborough et la plage d'État de Roger Wheeler. This property was perfect for us to gather for a wedding locally - lots of bathrooms for people getting ready for the event, lots of seating space for eating and hanging out in the kitchen-dining-living room areas. Breakfasts were a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Beds comfortable and the whole house was very clean and ready for us with no issues. Easy check-out - a great overall experience.

I had my bachelorette party in RI and needed a place for 9 of my closest ladies to stay (plus myself) and this was genuinely the perfect house! It was centrally located to so many restaurants and not too far from the day time activities we had booked. The house was clean and really well stocked! We keep joking that we might need to have an annual girls trip here because it was that perfect! Highly recommend!

We were 11 adults and 1 infant. The space and amenities were ideal for us. Kitchen was properly stocked with pots, pans, serving platters and bowls and coffee maker. The open concept of 2 dining tables worked well for us… one to eat and the other for board/card games with no interruption to either eating or playing. We were also able to sit comfortably outside and have dinner after grilling. The sleeping arrangements were good as all rooms had a queen bed and one room with a queen and 2 twins and another room with one king bed…. We were 5 couples and one single. The house was clean. I had only one concern with the couch… needed better cleaning… dog hair but we resolved by using some extra bed sheets.

I stayed here with my parents + brother and his family (10 people total). The house was plenty big for our needs. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The host was attentive to my queries and did a great job helping my family members with lost items.

Perfect for a family getaway. My kids traveled from Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania to celebrate my birthday. House was spacious and accommodated all 14 of us. Would recommend !

We had a family vacation with 18 people total (11 adults and 7 children). The house was perfect for such a large gathering with plenty of communal areas for all 18 of us to share meals and play board games and do puzzles. The outdoor area was also perfect for the children to play and to grill and have outdoor activities. The town of Wakefield was very walkable and had great restaurants, biking and walking trails. It was also central to several beaches and close to Newport for your tourist attractions. We highly recommend this property and location for your Rhode Island getaway.

This home was awesome!!!! It was perfect for our family to be together to celebrate our granddaughters wedding in south Kingston. From the yard where the grandkids played soccer and football, to the huge dining table that fit everyone, to the well supplied kitchen that provided a big lobster bake the last night and of course the comfortable beds!!! The location was perfect and so close to Shepards Run where the wedding and festivities took place!!!!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for several families with young kids. The space and layout were perfect for multiple families with little kids. There was plenty of dining and living room space, gorgeous outdoor space, and a large well equipped kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained and the logistics (check in and out, etc.) couldn't have been easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back next year!

Perfect house for our multi generational family. Enough room, comfy beds, a back deck, hanging out room. Robin was so responsive to any questions or concerns. We especially appreciated all the beach towels and linens. There was an endless supply. Highly recommend for a group.

This property was perfect for us. The rooms were all well decorated and spacious. There are two large connecting dinning areas, a spacious living room and plenty of outdoor space to relax. The house has 3 full baths and an outdoor shower that was a big hit with our group. There were plenty of beach chairs and outdoor toys for the kids too. Robin provided us with an early check in and we were able to host our rehearsal dinner there. There was plenty of room to spread out or hang out together and we never felt cramped. We will definitely rent this house again!

Our daughter researched this property. We loved it. It was my wife’s and I 50th wedding anniversary present to our family. They just loved the place, lots of room and privacy. On a funny note, my daughter awoke at 5am to three old dudes a couple of doors away being quite loud, laughing and joking around their fire pit. My daughter puts on some suitable attire and goes over reads them the riot act! Guys we apologetic and quieted down if you knew my daughter, if you saw her coming at you at 5am in the morning, you’d better start running!!!

Family of 16 enjoyed a post wedding family reunion in this spacious house. Large deck and yard with plenty of seating and a fire pit provided hours of fun and created wonderful memories. Great location- quick walk to bike path and Brickley’s Ice Cream. Short ride to beach and market.

My family rented this house to attend our son's wedding. The wedding party stayed in another location. My brother, sister, and their families all stayed with us. We had two babies in the group and we never heard them cry at night, and no one heard anyone snoring, so the walls are very sound!
The kitchen is big and airy and allows for lots of people moving around and helping. There is plenty of seating for dining. We didn't get to use the back deck much, but it is also large with great seating, and the backyard is big enough for kids to run off energy.
The stairs are somewhat steep as you would expect in an older house. It didn't bother the kids, but a couple of our older adults struggled a bit.
We had plenty of hot water for showers, and the air conditioning was adjustable by level, so everyone was comfortable.
Parking was a bit tight, but we worked out plan with everyone having their assigned place.
No complaints at all. This was the perfect house for our family to come together after being apart for nearly two years.

The property was not cleaned properly. Specially the bed linings were so bad and there was lots hairs on the beds. They charged cleaning charges and still expect form guest to clean the property. We went for so many vacations but this is the first bad experience we had .

This property worked extremely well for a group of 18. The town it’s located in is quaint and cute to walk around. It was an easy 10 min drive to the Block Island Ferry. This property was well equipped and maintained well. Highly recommend this property!

Stayed here with a group of 15 friends (ages 25-30) for weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for hanging out in the house, big backyard for games, dining areas, and lots of comfy beds! Would definitely recommend it to any group of any size/age looking to stay in the area!

Our group just returned from our stay at this property. The home was everything we needed it to be- spacious, clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved playing in the back yard. I would definitely recommend it for any large group get together. Robin was so easy to work with and accommodating. This house was perfect for our group, which included multiple children ranging from 2 to 6. The inside is in great shape with a really nice large dining area and new kitchen and bathrooms (it was even nicer than the pictures!). We spent most of our time in the back yard which has a large deck with a grill and several tables and really nice open grassy area for the kids to run around. Would definitely return and would recommend it to others!

Our company rented the house in Wakefield for two weeks this spring as our home base during a job out of Point View Marina. Robin, our agent, could not have been more friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully renovated, with 8 spacious bedrooms—each room with a queen size bed. The downstairs living area is a very comfortable, open layout with two large dining tables that can be used as ample workspace or to host a large dinner party. The three full baths (and one half bath adjacent to kitchen) were spotlessly clean--the showers were all recently remodeled in stone and tile. The house is perfect for a large group, either multiple families, or professionals working temporarily in the area who need housing for 6-8 people. The house is also less than 5 minutes to local restaurants and shopping. We will not hesitate to rent this property again when we are back in the area. This house is located in Wakefield, Rhode Island (30 minutes drive to Newport, 90 minutes to Boston and 3 hours to New York). It makes a good impression at first glance. Unfortunately, this impression does not last over time, due to the many hidden weaknesses. It is situated on a very busy road (Woodruff Avenue) with a lot of traffic even in the evenings; there is no fence between the garden and this road, which makes it dangerous if not impossible for children to play in the garden. When it is windy, the house literally falls apart: we found drain-pipes in the garden. Inside, many technical problems await the tenants: fire alarms kept beeping even after batteries had been replaced, the trashbin in the kitchen was broken (and it took the owners several weeks to repair it), the DVD player and TV sound system did not work properly and the dishwasher was unstable. We had to call the house manager many times to help us fix all these technical incidents. We had mice running through the house, which was amusing for the children, less for the parents. Finally, when we claimed our deposit back, we never received it, because the owners found all kinds of reasons to keep it. So we left, disappointed, thinking that we paid far too much for this house.

This house was perfect for my cousins bachelorette weekend! It was everything that she wanted- The house was extremely spacious and well maintained and updated. Each room had a full size bed and everyone slept comfortably. 4 bathrooms was great. The kitchen and outdoors area was wonderful. The beach was a short drive- There is a fee of $10 parking and $8 admission. But you can try and find free parking on the street which we did. We were also told that if you get on the beach before 8am you wouldn't have to pay the admission fee either! Its secluded yet near stores in case you forget stuff (papergoods a must; toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels) Its about 30 min to the actual town of newport and an Uber was only $30! Its a great house and perfect for any gathering of large groups!

Excellent house. Well maintained, well stocked kitchen, with plenty of room for multiple cooks, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, large deck with ample seating, 2 large dining tables, awesome big sofa for lounging. Short drive to beaches of all types from wheelchair accessible to good waves/surf. Easy walk to bike rentals and bike path, and Brickley's ice cream. We had a small problem with the outdoor grill and the property management folks were there to help very quickly on a Sunday evening - kudos to them. Only caveat would be no bedrooms on the first floor, so difficult if a member of your party has mobility issues. All in all, a great rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful old home in Wakefield. We now have established a sixth tradition of renting a beach house in Rhode Island large enough to accommodate the whole family and while we have been fortunate in finding interesting and comfortable homes, and this one exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms are large and well furnished, the sitting room, deck and front porch provided choices for get togethers, and the kitchen, for people who really like to cook, was a delight! The neighborhood provides interesting walks, the beaches are within easy driving distances, and my son-in-law found several nearby fishing spots. Four generations applauded a great week.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week staying here. Robin stopped by the house multiple times to see if there was anything we needed. We stay in the Narragansett area every summer and this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in.

Our multi-generational family of 14 had a simply awesome week staying here. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, and the back deck and yard provided opportunities for recreation and relaxation. As for location, we were 10 minutes from several beautiful state beaches, the Block Island ferry, and a golf course. The owner provided beach chairs (more than we needed!), a beach umbrella, and a cooler. The agent was courteous, kind, and professional. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience, and we highly recommend this house for a large group's vacation. We will definitely be back!
