Les clients bénéficient d'un accès pratique à la plage, aire de jeux, port de plaisance, tennis, restaurants et vie nocturne.

Profitez de la vue depuis votre propre pont au deuxième histoire privée ou vous détendre et un salon sur l'une des 2 grandes et confortables ponts au niveau du sol avec gril à gaz!

Ce coin de paradis de 7 chambres à coucher a tous les cloches et sifflets avec 2 salles de bain complètes, 2 télévisions à écran plat, 2 laveuses / sécheuses et une douche extérieure. La cuisine cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur et d'autres commodités. La grande salle à manger et grand salon sont excellents pour divertir. Il ya 4 chambres au premier étage et 3 chambres à coucher au deuxième étage. Chacune des 7 chambres ont une pleine et un lit double à l'exception d'une chambre qui a 3 lits jumeaux. Le salon et le bar à l'étage avec un réfrigérateur et un évier supplémentaires sont également utiles. Les locations de groupe exigent que tous les invités aient au moins 24 ans.

Greg, the owner, is easy to work with and close by if issues It’s the perfect place for young adults who are looking for lots of comfortable sleeping and space to spread out and hang out It’s no frills and clean and comfortable. Location is perfect My children and their friends want to come back

everything was fine but having stayed at many other fire island properties we expected bikes to be available and basic spices and things like that in the kitchen. might be nice if you warn people ahead of time just so they are prepared. but everything else was just fine.

We had a group for a birthday stay at Greg’s property. It is excellent for large groups, close to the beach and ferry’s. 10/10!

Great spot for a large multi-family group. Good location mid-point between the bay and the ocean, with a nice large outdoor area for hanging out. We gave the kids the upstairs 3 bedrooms, and the adults the downstairs 4 bedrooms, which worked out well. Basic and clean accommodations that worked well for our group.

We had a large reunion after a horrible COVID year and 1/2 of not seeing anyone. The owner was fantastic, and responsive to my communications, and did everything possible to make our stay a great one. He also rents bikes next door which was very convenient. We would absolutely stay again. Very spacious. Upstairs deck and extra kitchen were really helpful with a large group.

Fantastic experience. Close to the ferry, beach, all restaurants on the island. Greg was super responsive and met all our needs. Very happy and look forward to staying again soon!

The Taj Mahal at Kismet was as advertised by Greg. There were plenty of beds and seating for our large group. It is a great location with easy access to both the bay and the ocean. Greg was very responsive to any questions we had or anything we needed (e.g. he quickly brought over a full propane tank for the grill when we needed a refill). He let us borrow his wagon to haul all of our stuff to and from the ferry which was super helpful. Central air worked great. Having a second fridge in the upstairs kitchen space was awesome. There are two stackable washer/dryers that generally worked well except the downstairs dryer was quite squeaky and may need repair. Adding a fence or something to close off the patio would be a big plus for families with young kids. Including some additional kitchen utensils and serving dishes would be a big perk. Other things that could be helpful at the house would be board games, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. Greg was a very responsive, helpful host, and a pleasure to work with.

We were extremely happy at the Kismet Taj Mahal. The location was great and the size was more than enough for our group of 20+. On top of this, Greg was a great host and was very responsive anytime we needed something. To be fully transparent, I'll warn that the beds are not the comfiest, but overall the accommodations for a group of our size were perfect. Highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

We had a great time at this house! We stayed with 24 people for Labor Day weekend. There were enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The outdoor area was great and we got plenty of use of the 2 BBQs. The location was perfect. We were a few blocks from the beach and also a few blocks from the ferry and restaurants. Greg was a great host and was available to help with any questions or issues that came up. We would definitely come stay again!

Perfect location in Kismet that accommodated our large group of four families. The house is a conveniently short walk from the ferry, The Inn and Surfs Out, Margaritavillas wine-bar and the deli on the bay side. It is also a short two block walk to the beach where most of the time is spent. The only walkway with a ramp onto the beach which was great. The house had plenty of room on the inside in addition to the outside with three decks, two BBQs and plenty of tables and seating. The owner is friendly, close-by and accommodating to any needs. One of the BBQ tanks went empty the first night and was replaced first thing the following morning without asking. I would recommend this house and we would definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay! The Kismet Taj Mahal is close to the beach and to the local restaurants. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The owner could not have been nicer. Would highly recommend!
