Situé dans un tout quartier, à seulement 8 minutes à pied de la plage, la vieille ville, Acropole de Rhodes, ancien stade et Rhodes Ville. Appartement '' Charisma '' peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes et vous offre un grand nombre d'installations
Il y a 3 chambres doubles à la fois bénéficiant de placards avec balcon et vue sur le jardin de l'immeuble. Il y a aussi deux salles de bains de famille au complet, l'une avec baignoire et l'autre avec douche. Il est possible d'ajouter un lit plus simple sur la plus grande chambre.
L'appartement dispose d'un grand salon et salle à manger ouverte où il y a un canapé d'angle confortable et une table à manger. Le salon dispose d'un téléviseur plasma grand, un DVD et un système de son.
Le salon dispose de grandes portes-fenêtres donnant sur un balcon spacieux où vous pourrez prendre votre petit déjeuner et regarder les deux maisons de style néoclassique. Le moderne, luxueuse, cuisine est entièrement équipée.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The wifi was excellent, the adults and 5 kids had no problem getting on simultaneously. The house was very clean, the hosts were very accommodating. Definitely recommended.

We have had a fabulous one week stay at Ismini and Harry’s apartment. They were so accommodating of all our needs even when our flight arrived late and we didn’t get there till 1.30am. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is lovely and really spacious and exactly like the pictures. It takes about ten minutes to stroll to the beach and about ten mins stroll to the old town. Perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay again 😊.

I can really recommend this apartment. The apartment is right between the beach and Old town, new town in a very quiet and nice neighborhood.
It is located in a residential area whit bakery and supermarket just around the corner. It has three nice double bedrooms, two of them has A/C and one has a big fan so it was no problem to sleep. The livingroom an kitchen is also very nice and big. The kitchen is well equiped. The hole apartment was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very easy to contact and was very helpful. All and all a very nice apartment. We would for sure stay there again next time we visit Rhodes.

We do a self catering holiday every year and have stayed in many different types of varying quality. This apartment was certainly one of the best. It is located in a residential area but only a 10 minute or so walk to either the walls of the old town or the beaches. There is a small supermarket around the corner and several smaller food shops around and about.
When we arrived we were met by the owner and to our delighted surprise had been supplied with a welcome pack - beer, wine, soft drinks, butter, bread to name a few. And that hasn't happened very often!
A spacious and modern kitchen made evening meals pleasant to prepare. The large sitting /dining area is comfortable with large patio windows on to the balcony. This over looks the road - all the better for watching local life go by. Three good light double bedrooms with storage space and a 'house' bathroom and one shower/loo completed our living area.
Oh, and Rhodes Town with its fabulous walls, palaces, cobbled streets, restaurants , shops, harbour and sunshine made the whole stay one to remember. I would recommend this property.😊😊
(Just in case there isn't anywhere else to mention this - we felt that if you are not terribly mobile this area may not be too comfortable to walk around. High kerbs, narrow streets and uneven cobbled road in some places. No trouble if walking is your thing. Taxis are very available if not)

The best place to stay in Rhodes. Central and close to everything but at the same time very peaceful. Bakery next to you super market 2 minutes.Very clean and modern home. Will come again!!!

We so enjoyed our time in Rhodes. The apartment was modern, clean and more than we expected. Very spacious for our family of four. We would certainly go back. Just blocks from Old Town.

The apartment really exceeded my expectations! It's very clean, modern, roomy and tastefully decorated! The owner was super helpful and helped book taxies for us whenever we needed it. There were also a lot of helpful information provided in a nice binder. Because we had a late flight, they even let us stay a few hours past checkout time! They are super nice and accommodating! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes!

This apartment is in the perfect location! Close to Old town in quiet street. We rented a car for our 1 week stay parking is always available and free just outside. The apartment is nice decorated, very clean. Rhodes island guides, small touches such as water and wine, welcome pack and even bathroom luxury toiletries have added to this amazing stay. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Will highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will be book our next trip back.

We were a family of 5 visiting Rhodes for a wedding, and were very pleased with Ismini’s apartment. She’s an architect and has furnished the apartment in fine taste, with polished marble floors (parquet in a bedroom), white walls, quality kitchen appliances and kitchen ware, artistic light fixtures, and pleasing decorations. Everything we needed was there, including extra towels, a thoughtfully marked map and even fresh fruit. As Ismini was away when we arrived, her brother Manos met us at the apartment to show us the place and was very helpful. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood with no through traffic. There is a good local market nearby and a bakery around the corner. The Old Town with its excellent restaurants is only about a 15 minute walk away. Although the street parking fills up when residents are home from work, we were always able to find a place within a block or so. Importantly for our family, the internet was very good. We highly recommend this apartment.
