The house was just like it was advertised. Very clean and spacious. Very nice pool area and close to the beach.

We're a family of 8 and the ONLY thing It didn't have was a griddle for heating up our tortillas. (I know that not everyone needs this, we usually carry our own) I love that it was like a little home away from home and had a full kitchen/ dining area, living room, washer and dryer and even a grill! (Even though we didn't end up using it)But I was able to cook all our meals on the stove with the pots and pans that were available. Would definitely recommend 👍

This place is great! Very clean, modern, spacious, and great tenant neighbors! Everyone was welcoming and Mr. Mark and Mrs. Hilda were exceptional in letting us know if we needed anything to just ask. Mr. Ezra, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely book again here! Close to everything and just a great place overall!

For a family of 7, it's always hard to find an affordable get away that checks off all the boxes, but this property did! Clean, beautiful, great location and everyone had a great time!

We had a great experience. The lock on the door was a little confusing. But we got it figured out at the end. The neighbors were so dang friendly. It was great! We loved it.

Overall great

It is a good place to stay. Not too much of a walk to a nice beach. You will need a wagon to carry you stuff. It is too far to carry anything heavy. There is a good grocery store only a block away. The pool is also good. There are showers at the pool to rinse off the sand from the beach and then jump in the pool.

This is a very nice, well kept condo with everything needed during a vacation. The times we used the pool, it was just basically us there. You'll experience a calm environment during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay, just down the street from the beach. Nice having a private pool to relax in.

Growing up going to SPI often I knew I didn't want to stay right on the beach. Noise, mosquitos, outdated you name it. This property fit the bill for us. New unit not in a tall building where you're stuck waiting for elevators all day. Super clean, comfortable beds and all the needed equipment! Highly recommended

We had a great time on our trip! The location of the condo was great because it away from all of the craziness. The neighbors and property manager were all super nice! The place was super clean and we loved having a washer and dryer for towels and swimsuits! We will definitely be coming back!

The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants, beach, shopping and grocery store. We enjoyed the private patio and grill. It had an awesome washer and dryer which I appreciated. The owner and neighbor were both so nice and accommodating. We hope to stay there again.

The property had a great central location. It was clean and everything was well kept. The rooms and space felt bigger than the pictures made them look. A couple new kitchen pans would be the only thing they could add or replace. The communication with the owner was fast and easy. Highly recommend.

Great rental with easy access to the beach. The kids loved the pool, complete with a small waterfall feature. Traffic in SPI can get crazy on the weekends, so leaving during the week is ideal.

Booked a last minute trip after a cancellation opened up to spend a few days at the beach. Short walk to the beach, very doable even with a toddler. I will say the photos do not do this place justice, it was so much nicer than we were expecting. Vaulted ceilings, tall doors and Windows, nice furniture. Private patio area in the back and we had the pool to ourselves every day. We really didn’t want to leave. Perfect place for 4 kids and a couple. 2 bathrooms were nice. Stocked kitchen, but we didn’t cook during our stay. The other reviews mentioned hearing the upstairs neighbors, that wasn’t our experience at all. Will be booking here on our next trip in advance, hopefully it stays on the Vrbo market! Thanks Ezra!

Condo is located in a great location. 3 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to Blue Marlin grocery store. Condo was well equipped and the pool is an added plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a week. Owner was very helpful and responded to messages quickly to answer our questions. It was very clean and the pool was nice for the kids. We will be back!
