Notre tour 3 huitième étage 3 chambres 3 salles de bain condo dispose de fenêtres du sol au plafond offrant à toutes les chambres une vue incroyable sur la plage, les eaux bleu émeraude et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur le golfe du Mexique. Le condo a 1756 pieds carrés d'espace de vie intérieur. L'unité a été récemment rénovée avec un grand plancher de planches, de beaux comptoirs neufs dans la cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et deux douches à l'italienne dans la chambre principale et la troisième chambre à coucher.
Les 3 chambres sont extrêmement spacieuses avec 3 salles de bain privées avec double vasque. Deux salles de bains disposent de douches de mise à jour fortement mises à jour. Il y a de grandes télévisions à écran plat dans toutes les chambres.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer les repas et les sièges n’est pas un problème - table à manger pour six et chaises pour trois au bar du petit-déjeuner. La cuisine a été mise à jour avec de nouveaux appareils avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et un nouveau dosseret.
Le condo est équipé d'une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pour votre commodité!
Ce ne sont pas deux balcons qui créent l’atmosphère idéale pour s’amuser au soleil, se détendre et rester en toute intimité à la fin de la journée.
Le Long Beach Resort est situé directement sur les plages de sable blanc de sucre du golfe du Mexique. Le complexe dispose de 2 piscines polynésiennes (chauffées en saison), de 3 spas Jacuzzi et d'une piscine lagon de 6800 pieds carrés avec des îles de palmiers, des cascades et un paysage tropical luxuriant. Le bar-grill HangOut est idéalement situé au bord de la piscine lagon.
Le Long Beach Resort dispose d'un service de sécurité 24h / 24 et 7j / 7. Le parking se trouve juste en face de votre immeuble - pas de l'autre côté de la rue - ni dans un garage de grande hauteur!
Ceci est un condo non-fumeur, les animaux ne sont pas autorisés, et le locataire doit être âgé de 25 ans ou plus. Il y a un séjour minimum de 2 nuits.
Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants et magasins sont accessibles à pied. Golf, zoo, parc aquatique, centre commercial en plein air de Pier Park, théâtres, sont à quelques minutes en voiture.

Fans were dirty. Doors were dirty. Sliding glass door was extremely hard to open even after we cleaned out lots of crud from the tracks and bought silicone spray for it. Kitchen not stocked well. No vent fans in bathrooms. Middle bedroom stayed hot. Ond dead cockroach upon checking in and another live giant one another day. We have stayed in many units at this resort and we love Long Beach, but will not stay in this unit again.

The condo is amazing… very comfortable… you might to bring extra shower towels just in case you like to shower every time you come from the beach… they do have towels for all 10 guests! Amazing view and very easy checking and out!

Had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! The condo was perfect for our family with gorgeous views of the beach from living room and all bedrooms. We were in tower 3 and grandkids had a great time in the lagoon pool as well as on the beach. Enjoyed lunch and drinks at the Hangout by the pool. The 2 beach chairs with umbrella were great and used every day! Very close to many restaurants and shopping. LOTS OF TRAFFIC so allow extra time to get to a reservation. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and full size washer and dryer came in handy. The only thing missing was a travel bed for a baby which other condos I have rented always had. It would also be nice if there were a few games and beach toys for kids. Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for our whole family. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. Even saw some dolphins one morning!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with our son and a few of his senior friends. It was a great location! The beach access was awesome and the multiple pools were fantastic. Tons of food options within walking distance. It seemed to be the calm end of the strip so it was never overly crowded or rowdy. The boys had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy all the best that Panama Beach has to offer! We’ll be back in a few years when our other son and his buddies want to have their senior spring break.

The condo was great. Loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had gorgeous views. The cupboards and baseboards needed a good cleaning.

The condo itself was mediocre, at best. BUT THE VIEW!! THATS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Most of our time was spent on the patio. The 1st night, the showers ran cold very quickly into showering. There was also a weird smell inside the condo. Overall, the stay was good. There were no trashcans hardly in the condo, none in the bedrooms or the kitchen. There was also no seasonings of condiments there, which wasn't noted, so we didn't cook while there.

First time going to Panama City Beach, and renting from Kim’s Condo couldn’t have been more convenient. Not only was the listing just as described but the location to the beach was fantastic. It was also a good walking distance to many restaurants. Would recommend!

Loved having views from all of the bedrooms and access to balconies! Elevator was a little questionable, and maybe a better cleaning of the master bath shower. Definitely would stay again though!

Just a few cleaning issues and 2 of the beds needed a bit of attentions for possibly being broke down, but was an amazing view and enjoyed our stay a lot. Will defineitly consider staying there again. Miss it already!
