This is a five star rental for sure. The owners will blow your mind with all their attention to detail, they have thought of their guests every need. The cottage is spacious, comfortable and the decor is adorable. The outside area is a great place to hang with your family or friends. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and hammock. The location is great, central to everything you’d want to do in MA.

This home was just as described, cozy, close to everything, lovely community beach down the street and easy, friendly communication with the property owner! I stayed with my kids (ages 9, 13 & 15) and it was perfect! Highly recommend for families or an adult getaway!

The place is just as expected and in a great location. It was able to easily fit 6 adults and had everything we needed. Aruna was very responsive. Definitely will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay on the Cape. The house met all of our needs. We requested linens to be provided... and mistakenly thought that meant the rooms would be already rather than us making beds. Of course, we are totally capable of doing that...just expected that to be part of the linen service we accepted as an add on.

My husband and I booked for the first week in January to unplug and relax. The property did not meet our expectations for the following: - Arrived New Year’s Day and hot tub was not usable as the tub was overused the night before and handyman not able to arrive until that evening in the dark - grill not usable - rusted as the host informed us she didn’t expect us to use a charcoal grill in Jan, however we meal planned/grocery shopped prior with the expectation of being able to grill - wasn’t until 3 days in that the above 2 items were resolved as the hot tub had to be drained and reheat and get a new grill grate - concerns over the cleanliness of the home. It was a very superficial clean. The tub was grimy and not able to take a bath. Shower curtain had mildew, fixtures rusty, and faucet had residue. Sheets weren’t on the bed despite paying linen fee so we “knew they would be clean due to COVID” and weren’t informed in advance. Dusty and cobwebs in light fixtures and half bath. - we left the third day and host refused to get us any prorated refund and only refunded the cleaning fee - no sense of privacy on the property. It’s close to the road and another rental adjacent with a shared driveway which wasn’t clear to us when booking. Felt we needed to close the blinds and felt claustrophobic - the area was nice and a great place to walk our dog. We do feel the host tried with certain touches and was easy to communicate with, however fell short overall.

"Summer Cottage" was an absolute gem in Yarmouth....very comfortable, clean and well-appointed home which was a perfect base for us as we explored all of Cape Cod. Hot tub was a big plus! Aruna was easy to communicate with before and after our stay. Can't go wrong with this one!

Enjoyable and comfortable space with all the conveniences to make for a special vacation. Bedding was very comfortable and kitchen was more that was more than adequate. The location could not have been better. Beautiful quiet street, yet convenient to all the Cape offers.

This cottage was an absolute joy to stay in. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room. It's a light and airy space with a wonderful front porch for our morning coffee and a great backyard to lounge in and enjoy the hot tub after our beach and bike riding adventures. The entire house including the kitchen are well appointed and comfortable. We did not want for anything esp. when cooking. The cottage is close to the bay beaches and it's an easy stroll the Dennis pond for an early morning or late afternoon swim. What made this stay fantastic is that we could bring our small dog and not worry about furniture etc. Aruna and Joe are wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. I hope to stay here again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was great! Everything you needed including cream for coffee, a bottle of wine to launch your stay, great cable and internet service, warm and cozy, and a great jumping-off place for a Cape visit. And, a hot tub for late evenings or early mornings. Enjoy your stay!

My husband and my daughter, son in law and 2 Grandkids aged 7 and 10 enjoyed our stay. We were blessed with unusually high temperatures and were able to go on a hike and walk a beach. Unit is compact but very nicely done with nice linens and beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean and has clear directions on how to use. All in all a good stay

From start to finish, our stay was lovely. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the hosts are very thoughtful and anticipated very need. So glad we stayed here and hope to visit again!
