Amazing little house! Unique design inside and out really cool and relaxing. Close to Garden of the Gods and the Pinery on the Hill. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants Old Colorado City.

We enjoyed our stay at this little house in OCC. The feel was a bit different from what we are used to, as it was more industrial than "warm and cozy" but we knew this when we booked and nonetheless we had a great weekend stay! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen skylight made for a beautiful bright sunny kitchen in the mornings, the fireplace in the livingroom was nice to have as well. Loved the "dreamy art" decor on the walls. There is a very nice outdoor space with a deck & patio, corn hole to play (except there was no bags that we could find), lots of seating in the fenced backyard. It is very close to many attractions; Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, cute little shops, many local breweries and restaurants. Johnny was accommodating to our stay and usually was working next door to the property during the day if we needed anything. The extra locks on the doors was nice to feel safer, being in the city. BONUS: We saw a HUGE buck right in the backyard beyond the fence!! That was pretty cool! One thing to note, please clean the dead bugs out of the window sills. That's all. :) Thank you for the stay!

We loved our stay during a very cold snowstorm. The house was warm, entertaining, and comfortable. The owner shoveled the snow off the walkway and sidewalks every morning and we appreciated the entertainment systems (TV, fireplaces, etc.), well-stocked kitchen, and nice mattresses. It was a great place to be snowed-in.

Just loved the vibe of this place. Clean, many amenities, short walk to shops and eating.

Once we were able to get into the property, everything went great. There was confusion on the lock-box code and directions, but we were able to get it sorted out in about 30 minutes once arriving at the property. The owners left us a giftcard for our inconvenience, which was nice, but not expected. I would highly recommend staying in this unique house.

Attention to every detail inside and out for a relaxing environment in Old Colorado City. It was so enjoyable to be within walking distance to everything. The pictures don't do it justice. This property obviously has had a lot of thought put into it and the owners care. Very clean, good communication from host. We could walk to restaurants and ice cream, easy drive to garden of the gods hiking.

This rental had everything we needed and way more. Plenty of room for my family of 5 and a MIL. The decor is awesome and a lot of detail was put into the house. Locked myself out at one point and Johnny was super speedy with a response and getting us back in!
