The pictures you see of this house is just that!!The neighborhood isn’t the best,but it’s very quiet…When I walked into the house I was amazed of how clean it was..I took Clorox wipes to wipe down and the wipes was still white after I wiped ..I love to cook and usually I’ll bring my own pots,but they had some good pots I didn’t need mine.The beds where so comfortable and it was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably.If you have a large group this definitely is the house to book.. I give this home,the owner/manger a 10.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful home. We were greeted with a welcome card when we arrived and the host checked in with us to makes sure we were squared away as we began our stay. We’ve been looking forward to this vacation for some time and the home and experience was just what my family needed for an annual gathering. The house was big enough for all 11 of us to have our own space to go to when we weren’t gathering and we utilized the porch as much as possible to soak in the sun during the weekend.

We had a great experience with this
property and property management. The home is updated and is described. It's within walking distance to HBCU and mins from downtown. It's bot located in the best neighborhood, but we had no issues whatsoever. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property for your next getaway.

We brought a group of 8 seniors, and 3 adults to Atlanta to visit the local colleges in the area. This house was perfect for our group. All the students had a place to rest, and they could hang out in the living room after a long day of visiting different campuses. The house is also a short walk to the HBCU's so it was ideal for us.

The house is really nice. Plenty of room for everyone in our party. The management team was great. Communication was terrific. We all enjoyed our stay.

Everything was very nice. If I have return to Attend again with a large group this is my place of choice.

The host was amazing with giving details about the property. During our stay the host made sure everything was suitable for us . The house was spotless and had plenty of space for our family . It’s the best home for a family . Will book again !!

House is great for big groups. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. Location is short drive to lots of the activities. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Our family enjoyed their stay. Everything worked in the house, hot water was excellent, the number of bathrooms and bedrooms adequately suited our family. We really enjoyed being within close proximity to downtown. The area is up and coming; the neighbors were nice and very welcoming. The house was very well stocked with towels, condiments, and toiletries. No complaints!!

The house was as described and was very accommodating for our group size. However, all the beds were the worst ever; even the small children got up complaining about the hard, lumpy, one sided beds. The twin bed I slept in was broken down on one side and I kept sliding down to that broken side. I'm 70 years old and woke up each night with back, neck and hip pain from trying to sleep in that bed. We only used the house for sleeping and bathing, but that was ruined by those horrible beds.
The bathrooms were good for our group size, but they could have been cleaner. I disinfected them enough for us to use them more comfortably.
If the owners will just change the mattresses and some of the bed frames so that you're not hitting you legs just to get in them. This will be a much better place to lay your heads.
The outside needs some attention also.
However, the size was great for a large group of people.

More than enough accommodations. Parking was tight, but not an issue. Neighborhood is up and coming.

Clean, close to a lot of activities, good sleeping arrangements for a large group. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star was because check in was delayed. No fault of the owners but wish we would’ve gotten a call.

My stay was exceptional! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were nice. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The area could be better. Just be mindful of the surrounding neighborhood. Other than the neighborhood the location is close to all the attractions that I visited. Thanks for letting me stay at your beautiful home. My 30th birthday spent here was wonderful.
