Property location was excellent and had direct boardwalk access to the beach. Both bedrooms were clean and put together nicely. I would recommend and stay again!

We rented one condo and our family rented another. It was so nice and close to the beach and a short ride to all the Flagler Street activities. We would definitely come back.

Never needed to communicate with property manager. I did speak to her when I went up to extend our stay. She was very nice. The rental staff who in the also office. That was not as good see end statement.The property, grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. Our unit was a little dated, but everything was good and comfy. Loved having TV in each room. Wifi worked great!We had some noise due stairwells being replaced. Would have been nice to know about. Woken many mornings with noise. The unit was clean. A couple of broken things but nothing major, cracked tile, broke blind. Plenty of towels. The unit was fully equipped for meal prep(the best we experienced so far) Nice view comfy beds.Beautul laundry room. We love the area down by the beach with the lounge chairs. Later pool hours would have be nice. We did not like having to add an app to use the laundry room.We had no card key. The cleaning staff was very helpful. The property grill was not working at full temp, needs repair.Had miss communication with rental company , but that has nothing to do with the property itself. We were told we could have an extended check out and hour passed check out we were told we had to vacate property. Get it in writing if plan to extend your day.

The condo was clean, we had plenty of towels provided along with beach chairs, a couple boogieboards and there was also a fold out beach shelter. While the furnishings aren't the newest, they are comfotable and do the job. The beach itself is great, with few shells, no rocks and plenty of waves. Across the street is a small shopping center with a great ice cream shop and a couple of restaurants. Most restaurants and shops are under a 10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again.

While we weren’t in Florida for a vacation, it was still nice to have a “home” to go to instead of a hotel room. The owner is super nice and responded immediately to my questions.

We loved this condo so much! The complex was great, the beach space was awesome. Our area of the beach was not crowded one bit! The staff (minimal due to COVID-19) was pleasant! We will definitely return to this unit !

Great view to the ocean, convenient to stores, great beach. Unit was just right in size for 3 adults and 3 teenagers.

Prior to our stay we communication with the property owner who was approachable and replied in a timely fashion. Deb was fair and accommodating. Property was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. Had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean and is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Colony Beach Club is a quaint well kept community. Guests needs vary and we made a couple suggestions to the owner for future visits. Deb was receptive to our suggestions! We look forward to staying here again in the future. WiFi worked well and covered parking was right in front of the condo whIch was really convenient. Thank you for having us as guests!

Easy Breezy condo in NSB. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, over looks the pool and the ocean. The beach is amazing. We rented bikes and rode to the Jettie and back. Lots of cute little places to eat. The pool is perfect for those afternoon dips. We will be back.
