We were so pleased with our unit! It was very tastefully decorated, really clean, had amazing views from both balconies, was well stocked, in a great location, and more! The only "complaint" we had was the elevator. It wasn't working part of the time we were there, and it made it difficult to climb six flights of stairs with little ones and beach supplies to carry. Other than that, we couldn't have been more pleased, and I'd still give it a solid 9 and would definitely stay again!

The elevator was absolutely HORRIBLE to the point my 9 month pregnant neice had to do 6 flights of stairs on several occasions. At night while waiting for the elevator there were tons of cockroaches running around.And there is no air in the elevator causing it to get extremely hot. The pool area is okay the gates can be a little problematic. Wish I had noticed the master is not located on the ocean side prior to booking but that was my fault. The unit does not have a washer and dryer they are located on another floor and require payment.The unit door itself I found a few times was not locked when it should have been so make sure to check it when leaving.The "Welcome basket" merely contained a couple tea bags, couple single coffee bags, brochures and a few bags microwave popcorn.

This was a quick family trip. The unit was amazing. Our unit was on the 6th floor and the elevator was broken down 80% of the 4 nights we were there. My husband has health issues and could not leave the unit, 75% of the stay which was a REAL bummer as we do not get to vacation often. Additionally, this was the last trip with our college students for a bit if time.

We had a great stay and would love to return. Very nice place with recent updates. Everything we could have hoped for including beach umbrellas, beach towels, and even toys. The only negative is the elevator - sometimes it doesn't work. We'd still go back though. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Nicely furnished, with all the cooking utensils we could have needed. Now for the negatives: the elevator was out of order FIVE times during our week stay. Climbing 6 flights of stairs with groceries and little kids is awful. Even when it worked, it was the slowest elevator I have ever used. It is no doubt ten years past its useful life. This is a serious life safety issue. We also found out a few days before we left that the building was being painted. Incessant beeping from the lift they were using during our entire stay. We loved the area and the unit but won't consider renting it again until the elevator is replaced.

Fantastic property. All renovated. Well equipped. Fantastic view of sunset, beaches. Pool are only ok but right on beautiful beach. The door lock is a little problematic. Needs to be fixed. We would definitely return to this unit. Its gorgeous.

Great updated condo. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Beach chairs located in the parking garage and beach towels in the unit were a huge plus!

We had a very nice time. we loved that we were right on the beach with gorgeous sunset, views, and close to a lot of activities and great food. Unit was very clean and as pictured. Only issue was we weren’t giving the elevator code at check in so had to wait for other guests to help us get in. Code was in the unit which didn’t help when we got there. Also, code changed mid-stay and when I asked management for it they never responded. Again, had to get it from other guests.

Exactly as pictured. So clean and organized. Great views! So comfortable. Best place we have stayed at so far. Will be back!

We had a very nice time. Even when it rained outside, we had a wonderfully comfortable home to be in we would definitely come again.

When we got there the elevator had a sign that said out of order. Four over 70 year olds had to carry all the luggage up to the 6th floor, 12 flights. It was incredibly hard. Then we found out from an owner that there was a way to work it. We were very very annoyed about that but other than that and the hurricane coming, it was a beautiful place to stay.

I just want to say I have never written a review ever but after spending a week here with my son who is 13 . I can only say wow !! The place is beautiful from top to bottom very clean has everything you could ever need we cooked we swam , we lounged you name it ! Restaurants , markets , convenient stores with in walking distance. We will be staying only here from now on … all I can say is thank you !

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Confortable beds, lots of windows to enjoy natural light. Beautiful and calm beach. Not our favorite pool, too small.

We loved the property! The pool and jacuzzi was a plus. The condo had everything you needed in it. It was nice and updated. Having beach chairs, a skim board, beach towels, sand towels and a big umbrella was a great bonus. Elevator is a little slow to respond but gave you time to get to know others. Had a little issue with the property management company wanting us to stay to receive some furniture for the owner but they understood we couldn't stay all day for it. You will not be disappointed staying here. It's in walking distance to yummy ice cream & tacos!!

We had several other friends staying in the same condo building and they were all jealous of our room because it was so updated, clean and comfortable. (In fact, one friend already booked this room for next summer!) I love how they provide everything you need but it is not cluttered! The living room area is very spacious with comfortable seating and the open concept with the dining and kitchen provided great views of the ocean. We also really appreciated the keyless entry system because no one likes to be responsible for a key while going back and forth at the beach and the pool. The only downside we can think of is that the cable had a bad connection and the tv went in and out...but we weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t that huge of a deal. The location was great and we easily walked to John’s Pass, Candy Kitchen and Caddy’s. This place is so organized and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Close enough but not too close to Johns Pass for great shops and restaurants, walkable! We had a leaky bathroom sink but management was very responsive and quick. Master bedroom is in the back on the Noisy street.... my bad for not paying closer attention to this detail.But overall we were very comfortable and had great views of beach and ocean. Balcony was great place for morning cup of Joe!
