We stayed for 3 nights in this cabin with 4 families, kids aged from 4 months old up to 15 years old. Perfect for our group, the kids had their places to play and so did the adults. Everything was great.

The property was clean. But the description of the bedrooms are misleading there aren’t 9 bedrooms to be exact the very last floor has 4 beds in it and their isn’t a door to them so it’s just an open floor with no privacy. The do call theater room is just a tv and a couch and the tv didn’t work. The tv didn’t work in several of the rooms and by it been on the holiday know one was able to come out and fix it so when you have kids in the house that want to play their games it’s really hard. But the overall stay was ok I probably wouldn’t stay again

There were things that could have been fixed prior. Broken blinds, window that could not close or lock, remotes were all mixed up, no vacuum cleaner, to name a few. Just needs some TLC but could be an amazing place.

The check in process was very simple. The space was very clean and the kids loved the pool. There was 16 of us so it would have been nice to know that there are technically only 6 rooms and the other “rooms” are open style with bunk beds. Also, for a space of that size it would have been nice to have either a bigger refrigerator or a second one but the overall stay was nice

Over all the property was very nice. The house sleeps 29, but we barley had enough parking for two cars and a van. The “room” in the basement did not have a door, no TV and no bathroom on that floor. The room that was suppose to be the “theater” room was not like the pictures online at all. There was one couch for seating and that was all. With all that being said the beds were very comfortable and the house was very spacious.

We were pleased with the cabin. Very spacious and my family of 22 were comfortable. Pool was clean, jacuzzi was hot. Beautiful view. All the rooms were big and identical with a huge shower. Property manager was always available. We had a nice experience.

This property could use some upgrades on the exterior and for it to be a 9 bedroom cabin you need more sitting areas and a large heavy duty washer and dryer, but overall we enjoy our week vacation and the indoor pool was nice .

The cabin was dirty. There were hair balls found on bed sheets, spider webs, dusty furniture, one arcade machine was not working at all, and dog poop outside of deck. I thought pets were not allowed. I was suppose to receive a call regarding my complaints but they never called during my stay. Yes, they did change the sheets but that's all. Also, according to the property manager "It is 6 rooms with a king, 2 rooms with two queen beds in each room, and 1 room with two sets of queen bunk beds. There is also a sleeper sofa". It is a cabin for 30 people. Well, that was not the case. The two queen set of beds are actually in the attic without a door. An attic is not a room. The bunk beds are in the laundry room without a door. Some of the families had to sacrifice and not have any privacy and shrare bathroom with other families. If I would of known this ahead of time I would have never booked it. A bedroom consist of a door at least for privacy. Not to leave on all negative comments the view is amazing, the parking is good, and the neightborhood environement as well.

The game room was disappointing. Not the correct pool balls, no caulk for the sticks. The video games one barely worked and the other one was broken and did not work at all.

Dirty. Pool was disgusting. So murky couldn’t see bottom. Air conditioning didn’t cool. Games in gameroom broken, pool table missing balls, no fooseballs and players missing legs, buck hunter game gutted. Exposed electric outlets. Old pizza found in bed. Fridge broken. Very old cabin.

The place wasn’t clean at all , there were dirty undergarments left behind, the beds were not sturdy as if they were worn out, there was dog poop outside even though it states no pets. When I first arrived I just wanted to pack up and leave this whole cabin needs to be remodeled
