Despite rain almost the whole time we were there, we still had a great time (family of 5). Villa was super clean and ready to go. There was a little struggle logging onto Wifi, due to password that was emailed and text to me were not correct. Use the password in the 3 ring binder and you'll be golden! We can't wait to come back, next time we'll plan to stay longer, there is so much to do and explore on HHI!

The condo was clean and well stocked. The location was perect with a nice view of the ocean and boardwalk. Having 2 sets of bunkbeds was perfect for our kids. It was nice having beach toys and gear already at the condo. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful view of the beach in the distance. The room was just as described and surprisingly roomy. The amenities available at this resort were perfect for family fun. We utilized the indoor and outdoor pools plus the tennis courts when we were not at the beach.

Wonderful location with lots to do. The rental provided a beach cart with toys and chairs which was very helpful. The view is amazing and we loved walking the boardwalk each morning!

Clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable. The two of us enjoyed the view, the heated indoor pool and hot tub and the boardwalk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were there during 5 weeknights in January. I'm certain this resort would not be quiet during the busy season and this unit is not for people with mobility issues.

This condo was a great spot for our family. It is an easy walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We tossed the beach items in the provided wagon and enjoyed the sand. The condo was clean and the ocean view from the condo was a nice addition to our stay. The kitchen was stocked and we cooked-in multiple nights during our stay. We would stay here again for another trip!

We really enjoyed our experience at #1403 Hilton Head Resorts! The condo was clean, was the perfect size for our family and had a beautiful view of the ocean! The facility and beach were clean, safe, and everyone was friendly. We found many great restaurants to eat at Ava my husband and daughter played a fun round of golf at The Shipyard. Overall we had a great experience!

Overall, wonderful stay at the Hilton Head Resort. The view from the condo is great. It's a bit of a walk on the boardwalk to the beach but they do over golf cart shuttles which was nice. Coco's on the Beach at the end of the boardwalk offered tasty drinks and finger foods. We also enjoyed the indoor pool since it was freezing the days we were there. Overall, great place for our short family vacation.

Condo was nice. The grounds are well kept. The beach is beautiful. There is a horrible relationship between the condo and the vacation rental company making the stay here less good. The process to enter the front gate if you have any visitors is burdensome. Communication was very difficult with the vacation rental company with long thirty minute hold times.

A bit far from Coligny, so driving to Coligny is best. Convenient and close to beach with walkway. Coco's on the Beach is great also.

It was the best vacation this year with family. Weather was great, everything we needed was in the resort. Loved the friendly people and the overall experience. We definitely will be planning another trip HHR. The condo we stayed in had the best view and was well equipped with all things needed to enjoy a mini beach vacation.

The unit was very clean when we arrived. This particular unit lhad a great ocean view. They supplied everything that we needed for the beach for the week. Chairs, wagon and boogie boards. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay again. This unit is in building 1. Closest to the boardwalk. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes. We walked to the beach several times a day and found no issues with the walk. They did have a golf cart that will also take you to the beach for young ones or anyone that would prefer not to walk or needed assistance. The golf cart ran on a regular basis throughout the day. The complex is located in a quieter area of Hilton Head. There was plenty of room to enjoy the beach and not be on top of each other. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The unit itself was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a minor maintenance issue and the property manager took care of it right away. We really enjoyed the view from the unit and it was the closest building to the beach.

Really enjoyed the stay!! Wonderful room just a little frustrated with unnecessary noise complaints and only allowed 2 parking passes. 2 Passes are difficult when all your children are 22 and up.
