The property is well situated, very safe and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area and the workout rooms the most. We would have enjoyed the property more if there had been a coffee table in the living area and dressers in the rooms. The rooms are very bare of any furniture as was noted in the photos, but made the stay less enjoyable.

We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub each night. The place was clean and gave us some space to spread out. This is on my list for next time.

Our family had a great vacation at this property. It was centrally located to everything we did including the Grand Canyon and a Diamondbacks game. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and fitness center was also very nice. Thanks for the great week.

Everything was very good but if you are staying a month or two there were a few things that need to be addressed.
Shower doors need repair, wash machine does not fill enough to cover clothes, and the vents need vacuuming and dishwasher didn’t clean very good.
We bought a few things needed for cooking.
Otherwise we liked the place.

Nicely updated unit close to the 101 Loop which offers a wide variety of great restaurants and shopping. The heated pool is a bonus as is the workout room. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed the three bedroom two bath layout. All the comforts of home in a secure gated community. Beds were on the firm side which was an issue with my husband. Johana was a great communicator, always quick to reply to our questions. Would I stay again? Sure would.

This property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and bedding seemed pretty new. Kitchen and bathrooms spotless. Multiple TV's through out. You can easily fit 9 people if people don't mind sharing beds and one person on the couch. Couch is very big.
The only (small) negative is there was no proactive communication with the host, meaning, I had to ask for check in and check out instructions which was unusual. Usually the host sends the instructions a day or two ahead of time. But again, not a huge deal.

This place was perfect for our trip to Arizona for a wedding. The house was clean, well laid out, comfortable furniture and bedding, and the kids were able to play in their own rooms and in the nice quiet pool. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

First of all, this property was clean! The closets were huge, beds and bedding comfy, spacious bathrooms and plenty of space for the 6 of us. We loved the pool! Parking right outside the condo. The smoke detectors were beeping when we arrived. I let the owner know and planned to get some batteries while we were out, but she ran some by while we were gone. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice. The property manager was quick to answer messages and very informative. I wish they kept spices/ oil in the house for cooking. Besides that we had a great stay!

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Johana's property in Glendale. The unit was perfect for our group of parents staying in town for a High School baseball tournament (while our players stayed in a nearby team hotel). The property is newly remodeled and stocked with everything you need including laundry supplies and beach towels for the pool. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals Very clean and uncluttered. Westgate Entertainment district and the stadium are located two exits up the highway. Less than two miles to everything we needed for entertainment, shopping and dining. The property is in a safe area and is gated. The pool/hot tub was beautiful and never crowded. Key fob provided in the unit for access to the pool area.
Because this was a new listing with no reviews, we were a little worried about what we'd find but so glad we took the chance as this unit was a great value.
Suggestion: it would be nice to have an area rug and a table/dresser of some sort in the bunk bed room.

Amazing place to stay. Great location and close to baseball stadiums. Very nice condo. Safe area. Stocked with everything you need.
Only issues is more towels needed and master bedroom and restroom doors stuck and rubbed.
