Family from Europe came over and we booked this home to celebrate our family reunion up in the beautiful mountains. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 12 with bathrooms for every bedroom. The set-up is warm and welcoming and we loved the turnaround table! We played games and made memories. 5 star recommendation!

This home is huge! Plenty of space for the eight of us to spread out and relax. Even though it is August, the home stayed cool without A/C. We made a lot of use of the well-stocked kitchen. The decks were spacious and relaxing as well. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the décor was very homey. Thank you for a wonderful vacation rental.

Cleanest home rental we’ve had. Two separate living areas worked great for all our different needs. Giant table allowed all eleven of us to sit together and eat. Easy access to all the activities we planned. While it didn’t our time and enjoyment be advised the house sits close to Hwy and can be noisy. We loved the accommodations and would choose it again.

This was a great property, as advertised. It was perfect for our group of 3 families ages ranging from 4 years old to 50's. The house is spacious and accommodating with each bedroom having access to a bathroom. The starter kits of household items are greatly appreciated. The owners/managers are very professional and sincere. Communication was perfect, with all the details we needed for a smooth check in and check out. The location is less than 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and countless fun activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent the weekend for my husband’40s. We had adults, teens, kids and infants and the house was perfectly adapted for everyone. We cooked ton and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Having access to a high chair and crib was very nice. The house is very comfortable. The deck with the hot tub and bbq grill was also great. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely come back. We had a late check out at noon that was much appreciated. The regular check out at 10am would have been way too early.

This was a great spot for our multigenerational family. Close to Breckenridge and many wonderful trails along the valley heading up to Hoosier Pass, including Quandary Peak. The 70-somethings were able to use the bedroom on the main floor to minimize stair usage (although note that it does require one flight of stairs, if you’re not able to use stairs at all). The teens had the bunk room with the video games/foosball downstairs. And the little kids could stay upstairs, away from the noise at bedtime. They do have a pack-and-play, crib, and high chair at the house, which was convenient. It’s a short drive into Breckenridge and even though it’s right off Hwy 9, we did not hear highway noise. Full kitchen was perfect for cooking. (They do have a corkscrew for wine bottle opening and a coffee grinder…two things I always look for at a VRBO!) The hot tub was nice and there were plenty of towels. It rained quite a bit while we were there and we didn’t use the grill but the patio setup looks very nice for good weather! Overall, a great spot for a large family.

Five adults and one 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed this home in the mountains while on a long ski weekend to Breck. The home could easily accommodate a larger group than ours. The beautiful bedrooms all with accompanying bathrooms provide the privacy even the closest of vacationers hope for when travelling in a group and staying in one home. The hot tub also a hit with all of us and the full moon from there a delight at night. House well equipped we didn’t have any outstanding needs. The initial supplies provided were more than sufficient. Proximity to Breck was excellent—a short 5-7 minute drive. Yet when you’re at the home property you feel secluded and nestled in the surrounding woods as if you are farther out than you actually are. Grocery store just 5 min into Breckenridge has everything you need. There’s a Walmart nearby too. Concierge services are just a text away and they checked in with us regularly to ensure all was well. We look forward to our return! Just book it. I would again in a heartbeat :)

Everything was perfect - location, house set up, property managers!! Did a reunion with friends and it was an absolutely awesome spot. The house comfortably slept our group and has really big hang out spots that made the trip so special. 7 minutes to downtown breck and really easy drive to Copper (~40min).

We were so lucky to have snow 3 days and that’s a treat for Louisianians! LOTS of room (we could have accommodated more) THREE stories and the stairs were a “kicker” but we survived. Amenities galore, we brought so much “stuff” and didn’t need to. Previous clients left “things”, as we did, to help the next visitors. The property was decorated for Christmas which was a plus (wish we had known, we stopped on the way and bought a tree) I appreciated Summit checking in on us after we arrived to make sure all was well. If you have the opportunity, visit ASPENCLIFF for a fabulous time in Breckenridge!

We love the house , close to everything max 7 min drive , kids enjoyed the rooms , it has a lot space inside for us , we injoyed the jacuzzi everyday, communication with house host was easy .A++++ house we would rented again and again

I had the master bedroom and sure I was out of breath by the time I reached the 3rd floor but just out the window I could see the peak of mountains and I could just lay on the bed and watch that scenery all day. It even started snowing for a bit that day. We were close to Breckendridge, close to the trails as well. We can't wait to go back.

Overall great stay. Well stocked. Cleaning crew did leave out vacuum and the recycling from precious visitors, along with hair in the bathrooms. But these are very minor issues. Tons of space and great vibe.

It was very easy to reserve and rent. Also, the response time was very quick when we had a question.

They had thought of everything! The kitchen was beautifully equipped and there was a round dining table that sat 8 adults and a high chair. They had baby gates, a pack n play, crib and high chair. The deck, fire pit and hot tub overlooked beautiful aspens. Just wonderful! Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space. Lovely home!

We had a great time at this house, was the perfect size for 2 families in a fantastic location. Plenty of room for all and a great layout that provided areas of privacy along with large spaces to gather and hang out. We really loved the fact that this place was right off the main road that heads into Breck and it was set far enough back that it was never a worry that kids would get too close. We will definitely look to stay at this rental again in the future.

Really great property for more than one family—it is spread out over 3 floors with main living area on second floor which gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. Several bathrooms located in or near each bedroom. Only 10 min from downtown which was perfect. We have a large family with kids age 3-22 and shared the weekend with extended family with little ones and everyone was comfortable. Very comfortable bedrooms.

Beautiful house

This is a beautiful home in Blue River, a few minutes drive outside of Breckenridge. Excellent communication directly with owner regarding check in/out procedure and recommendations during your stay. The home is warm, inviting, fully equipped with everything you need and then some. It is exactly as described. They really have thought of everything. Whether you have a large or small group, this home allows everyone to have their own space. We definitely recommend this home and hope to return.

We had such a great time in this house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved it. The owner is great and easy to work with and super responsive.

There were 16 total people in our party and we had more than enough room. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils or cookware imaginable. Everyone loved being together in the kitchen /dining/ family room combo. We will definitely visit again!

Our stay at the property was a pleasant one. The sleeping accommodations as well as multiple living areas worked very well for our other family. Only complaint was the clothes washer didn’t work well. I was notified by the owner the first day that someone would be by to fix it but they did not show up. Only a minor inconvenience on an otherwise nice stay.

We spent the week of Christmas at Aspenclffe. It was an extended family trip and the home was perfect for us. It is really nice, great location and very well appointed. Booking, check in and check out were very simple. Owner was super great to work with. Hope to visit again soon!

We had a group of 10 up for a birthday weekend including a family of four (two girls 5 & 7), family of three (boy 9), a couple and a single. The place was perfect for all our needs. Four went skiing for the weekend and returning to the boot dryers and hot tub was GREAT, others went sledding with the sleds kept under the deck, some went to town to shop and another watched football on one of the many huge TVs this property offers. And even with all those configurations we still had an open bedroom. This home is so spacious it almost defies logic. After a dip in the hot tub to relax after skiing, the family gathered around the massive dining room table (so jealous, want one of my own) to celebrate. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials to make a delicious meal from scratch. And it was large enough for three to cook and have two standing and chatting with room to spare. With the bar seating at two different spots, we were actually able to have three conversations happening in and around the kitchen at the same time no problem.The bunk room for the kids was a lifesaver as we had our adult space and they could keep themselves entertained without creating too much chaos. However, the kids did say that the adults were a little loud after they went to sleep and without a full wall separating the great room from the bunk room that made perfect sense. So plan to be a bit toned down once the little ones head off for the night.Kudos to the owners and managers, when we walked in the home was decorated for the holidays, the lights were lit on the tree and it felt just so comfortable.To a person we all that it was a wonderful property and we are considering it for future family and friends get togethers as Breck is our favorite town in Colorado.

This home has all you need and more! Everything is clean and top quality! Our family of 8 adults and six children ranging in age from 2-8 had so much fun in the hot tub and sledding down the hill in front!! Our week was magical and the home was so spacious , warm and inviting!!! Thanksgiving at Aspen Cliff with snow and mountains was a dream come true for us!!! And the chapstick was the best little treat ever!!!
