Had to contact the property manager to get a code that worked to open the front door because the one they sent initially didn’t work. Walked into the unit and it was 42° in the unit. Turned the thermostat to 72 and it said it would get to that temperature in two hours!! Carpet in the living room was rolling up on the edges causing a serious trip hazard not to mention appearance wasn’t great. Bathroom was extremely small. The beds were amazing!

The apartment is nice and updated, but it was not clean. It was clear that the bedding had not been freshly washed before our stay as there were black hairs and soil spots on the sheets and pillows. The area rug in the living room had crumbs and other debris on it. My brand new white socks were filthy on the bottom after walking around on the floors, so they clearly had not been mopped. The counters, sinks, toilet etc were clean thankfully. The apartment also had a strange odor. If it had been clean, it would have been the perfect little space for a weekend getaway.

Came to town with my sister and her baby to visit family. Apartment was perfect for our needs. We were able to stop back by a couple of times due to its convent location for things we needed. Will look for availability in the future. The beds were so comfortable!!

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the door keypad, which was resolved after a few calls. The beds were very comfortable.

Was great for a sisters get away weekend, was close to everything in Logan. Beds were comfortable, spacious kitchen living room area, it was nice and clean. If you have multiple people trying to get ready at the same time the bathroom set up is small, we made it work with the other mirror in one of the bedrooms. The main negative for us was we got a noise complaint against us, we were in the kitchen area talking, playing card games and laughing, we weren't being crazy at all, so that surprised us, we felt like we had to almost whisper after that and the next night so we didn't get another complaint. If we would have wanted to watch a movie later it would have been too loud after 10:00 so just a warning if you plan to be up later, or are night owls. The walls are very thin, the next morning around 7:00 am we could hear people in the other units bedroom talking and laughing and kids talking pretty clearly. Other than that everything else was great, the communication was excellent, they always got right back to us with any questions or issues, which was nice. Was perfect for our stay and well priced. We would only choose another place over this one next time because of the sound issues and the walls being so thin.

The exterior of the property is not good. Walk up a metal set of exterior stairs to enter the unit. It is an old apartment building. Hence why there is no pictures online. Also, the bathroom is tiny and outdated. No TV’s in bedrooms. Thin walls so hear tenants downstairs. Unit has been recently remodeled and clean. For two people it is doable; it would be crowded bathroom-wise for more than 2 people.

The apartment was so much nicer than the pictures. The apartment is recently updated. The beds were very comfortable and the linens of high quality. Communication with the manager was excellent. The keyless checkin was easy. I needed to work via zoom a number of days and the WiFi was fast. The kitchen had what we needed for our meals. Very nice to have the washer and dryer on site. The TV was very nice. Netflix supplied. Easily able to sign into my other applications. The apartment is on the second floor so you need to be able to manage stairs. Very convenient to downtown. Excellent stay. We had no issues. We will be staying again. 5 star stay!!

This place worked great for us. It was very clean, the bathroom and kitchen were both well stocked, and the check-in and out processes were super easy. I would recommend!

Cons: found blood stain on fitted sheet. Had to ask for check out instructions. Neighbors below blasted loud music. Shower shampoo and body wash fell off wall.

This apartment was very clean and newly remodeled with all the amenities a house has. The adjustable king beds were a pleasant surprise and so comfortable. Fabulous location close the everything.
