We enjoyed the size of it . The report was that the beds were comfortable . Furniture in living room very dated Kitchen not supplied with usual utensils and such , kitchenware , lousy pots and pans .Television no network services at all , no news , sports , movies , anything . Big disappointment ! No informative house booklet telling whereabouts of restaurants , movie theaters , places of interest , grocery stores . Have rented many VRBO houses , never was such a book absent .

I have never wrote a review before but I feel compelled to do so. The place was cute enough, however, it wasn’t clean. There were dead bugs scattered throughout the house which is not ok. The bedspreads were dirty. Was disappointed.

The property was easy to spot and nearby several beaches restaurants and convenience store.
At our arrival the house was very clean and fresh towels were available for each guest.
The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only negative point the AC is a little bit weak, we rented in September, so it was OK, but I am not sure how it would be during the hot weeks of the summer. Hoverall is aGreat place to stay for a family trip or small group of friends.

We always enjoy ourselves..we’ve stayed at multiple houses throughout the Cape. The power kept going out ..we had to keep resetting the breaker..it was kind of a pain. The outside grill had very little propane left for it. The screened in room off the back was very nice! Overall it was nice..

This house worked out well for our large family .
Plenty of space - the family room was great for tv and games and the porch was a quiet reprieve from the noise and chaos. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen ( for a group our size it meant substantial savings) .
The location is also a plus. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood . The closest beach is Gray’s ( 5 min away) . A great place for kids. As the tide goes out several shallow tidal pools form . Kids can swim safely and explore (lots of hermit crabs to catch ) . Mayflower Beach and Corporation Beach are also a short drive . Check them all out . Grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops are nearby .
The owner always responded quickly when we reached out to her with questions about the rental process and the house . We would rent this house again on our next trip to the Cape .
