room cleanliness was just fine, but the complimentary breakfast had hair in my omelette.. that was pretty gross.

very convenient location. staff was always helpful. Dinner and buffet breakfast were surprisingly good. beds were comfortable.

Conveniently located inside terminal 2. Flying visit through but staff organised morning shuttle to terminal 1 and room was comfortable and clean

Impossible to travel any other mode than taxi from terminal 3 to 2 after delayed plane arrival the sky train stops running and the free shuttle bus was too full to board.

Nice place to stay and rest up for next day flights in terminal 2 Breakfast is great! People are nice!

Hot water isn't the greatest

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was right within the airport terminal.

To reach the hotel, you need to climb 4 flights of stairs, not a short one but long steep one. No elevator, just one section of escalator (thank goodness), then more stairs and almost feel like a few kilometer walk from the tiny checkin area to the room...all with luggages that can't be stored or left at the check in area. Knowing that it is an airport hotel and people would come with luggage, if you can't really add an elevator, can't you just add a storing facility near the check in area so that people who need a few hours of rest between flights do not have to weight lift their way to the room.

The staff were helpful attentive and courteous. The room so quiet and bed comfortable- top rate.

This was not the hotel's fault but other guests were too noisy in the corridors. At any time of the day someone is trying to sleep in the hotel since it is a transit hotel, so silence is needed at all times in the corridors. Maybe signs could be put up.

Very convenient location for a short overnight stay between two flights. Organized an early breakfast box and shuttle transfer at 3:30am!

The Jakarta Airport Hotel is a pleasant transit hotel because: 1. STAFF: Always very professional and polite. They go out of their way to be helpful and most speak very good English, thus you are able to communicate your needs easily. 2. LOCATION: It is located in the Terminal 2D-2E area (Domestic Departures) and hence, very convenient for me when I travel within Indonesia for work or leisure. 3. ROOMS: Rooms are basic in design but comfortable enough. The rooms are clean and the concierge makes sure that everything is working in perfect condition. The hotel is very accommodating in their rooms.

1. THE SMELL OF SMOKE COMING INTO SOME NON-SMOKING ROOMS: I can smell a hint of smoke coming into the non-smoking rooms, despite them being non-smoking. 2. THE FOOD: The food is ok at a rating of 6 to 7 out of 10. It could improve a bit in quality.

The only thing is the stairs are inconvenience to move luggage. trying to go down my big luggage fall so glad my husband was first and he got it for me.
