The scaffolding, the lift not working, the stinky and dirty fridge with the remains of somebody's food from last visit. Not impressed.

Good and quick connection to city via doubledecker and underground. Cheap public traffic Zone 2.
Good appartment quality / price compared to other booking.com offers in London.
Requiered copy of passport to be sent via chat prior to arrival and key handover. Keys in box, no person. Not consistent information by phone about appartment availability (time), problematic phone calls. Missing reception.

Good location. 15 minutes walking from the metro station. Clean enough.
There were only four towels for four persons for the four days. We asked them for more and they gave us only two extra.

The living room window it was broken, I couldn’t close it properly and it was cold during the night, I try to contact them but nothing.very disappointing about this

Property is close to Westfield shopping, Stratford train station and Olympic park (15/20 min walk). The communications by the rental company were great on the day and instructions for gaining access were excellent.
This property is listed as luxury…it could not be further from luxury. The property was clean but very very tired. Bathroom and Shower needs attention, needs re grouting, new silicone, new shower door seal as it leaks all over the floor, the bath panel is broken and needs a new or cleaned shower head (caked in lime scale).
kitchen has a unit which is broken and not useable, the washing machine works but settings appear to be a game of luck.
Living area has a socket that needs reattached to wall.
The apartment is not cold, it’s cooking with not ability to cool it other than open windiest or used the 2 supplied fans. no idea where the heat is coming from though, heating not on.
living room needs a bulb replaced (minor issue)
The bedroom has a cracked mirror in sliding doors, the mattresses are soft and the one nearest the window just was not comfortable, this could be personal choice.
Apartment just needs a right good going over and freshen up, if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it.

Clean and confortable apartment, well equiped, good public tranportation to the centre of london (40 minutes by bus or subway/train), easy transportation to stansted airport
Everytime we took a shower the floor of the bathroom was getting wet!

Hot water had been turned off
After travelling from Newcastle the place wasnt ready for us to get into...
Had to go elsewhere and wait another hour for the cleaner to finish.

Bathroom had moulds and water was going very slowly through the sink . Hoover was smelling bad.

Room was far to hot with no air con and only a small fan. We couldn't stay in the room for any longer than sleeping, it was unbearable. Probably good for a stay if outside temperature is below 18 degrees.
No ventilation / air con, room was to hot to be in. Not recommended in warm weather.

Good location and nice apartment with lots of amenities nearby.
I know there has been a heatwave but apartment was so hot it made it uncomfortable to stay in for too long and sleeping almost impossible. Fans were provided but made little effect even with windows open.

Not sure why a copy of my photo card was needed as no one greeted me?
No mention in email brief about turning on the heater, only a notice on a door which I only acknowledged when trying to work out why the shower was cold.
No basic supplies - coffee sachets, tea, filtered water, milk jiggers. Would have help avoid a scramble to the shop for a cup of coffee.
Large and unsightly cracks in windows, pulled carpet, broken flusher made it feel a bit below standard.
Shower door seal missing so bathroom became very wet.

The access was fairly good.
They showed understanding for a late check-out.
Furniture was very bad, the property wasn’t that clean.
No hot water for 3 days. The agency didn’t react at all for 3 days to send someone over to fix the problem.
