Superb staff, thank you Jose 😁! Excellent location, high up the road away from the busy streets. Great view down on the ocean. Beautiful Amadores beach a walk away. Lots of restaurants just 5mins walking distance. Very spacious, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Terrace infront(great view) and a large one in the back with a heated private pool, which was awesome and cleaned and in the evening illuminated. Grill for the barbecue. Modern kitchen. Marble everywhere. Air condition in every room.
Needs some updating. Ovens ventilator very noisy, probably broken. Bedroom and toilet doors in bad condition. One bedroom door is dragging the floor so cant be closed. Toilet locks are difficult to use(for the kids)especially downstairs. Windows not soundproof, can hear the cars and especially the garbage truck in the early morning, especially from the room facing the road. Lacks some more decoration inside.

Jose was a great help before and during our stay. He answered all the questions we had and was a joy to deal with. The villa itself is just amazing! Very modern and spacious. The outside space to the front has beautiful views of amadores and the pool area to the back was private and quiet. Excellent facilities, satellite tv and kitchen equipment. Location is only 5 mins to europa centre and walk down to amadores is 15mins. We cannot wait to return!
