Excellent central location with a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops which are in a walking distance, friendly, welcoming and amazing staff specially Ashraf and Kareemah, a very good restaurant and food.

Slow wifi and slow response to telephone calls in some occasions.

Overall, the hotel is amazing specialy by Rabat standards. Since its not known as a touristic city. Starting ,from the staff specifically Chaimae from reception and Rabha from the Hammam showed top level professionalism and performed greatly. Having them in the hotel alone is enough to make me comeback. In addtion to that, the vibe in general was fantastic. It was a mixture of modern and traditional architecture done right. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rabat.

If I had to be picky I think that a great wellness center such as the hotel's diservess a suana to complement it.

cleanness, quietness, staff was very friendly and supportive, especially Moaaz, Kother, Sara, Nagat and Salwa, I remembered all of them because they were amazing personnel.

On the positive side, the room had a big bed with a very comfy blanket! Toiletries of Jo Malone were also a very nice surprise. The breakfast room had a very rich variety of the specialities from the local cuisine, and I was very satisfied with so many options, including healthy stuff.

I booked the superior room with a sea view as it was advertised on booking.com. In the description of the room , it was mentioned that the room would have shower OR bath. When I arrived and asked if I could have a room with a bath, I was told that all rooms of this category are only with the shower, no bath. And having a bath was actually a deal breaker for me after a long day outside. Secondly, when I checked the view from the room, there was no even a hint of having a sea view! I had a view on a courtyard, with the windows of the building in front of me (too close). That was very disappointing, as the idea of staying at The View Hotel, with a room advertised as having a seaview, was very promising of having The View! But that was obviously not the case. So yes, I asked at the reception how this could happen that the room was booked as with a Seaview, and in reality, I have the view on a courtyard windows of the other building. They again told me there is no sea view and all rooms are like that (!!), and that was a mistake on the booking.com site. Why not correct then any irrelevant description on booking.com and not to mislead the customers?! The member of the staff at the reception did not even make an effort to propose to change the floor to have a better view, which would have been done in any other hotel of such a level or such a price (the hotel was not busy at all, 1/3 of its capacity). Overall, i found the staff at reception pretentious and kind of making jokes with his colleagues about the enquiry I had. Not a good experience of customer service of that level hotel at all. Also, the door in the shower room can not be closed completely, and the water is leaking outside. It's not a big deal, of course, but it should not have happened at such a level of hotel. I tried to check the spa/hammam, but they do not accept visitors after 8.30-8.40pm as they close at 9 pm (too early as per my opinion).

All the staff in this hotel were very friendly and helpful making us feel completely welcome. A special mention for Mouad who went out of his way for us. Also, the hotel and the rooms are very well designed. We loved also the bar with an amazing view and wonderful live music. The woman singing that night, sorry don't know her name, has a gorgeous voice. Next time in Rabat, we will definitely come back here.
