Central of the village only 10 minutes. 2-3 hours walk to Ella Rock. there are mich ways up with wonderful little cottages with service along the hole way include on the top. The hotel is very well and clean. Wifi is also OK. The owner speaks really English and is helpful.

WiFi was very slow for remote work

The place is okay for it's price. It's close to the main street and the view from the balcony is amazing. It's clean and has basic amenities.

The host was touching his private parts through clothes while talking to me and my friend on separate occasions. I guess that's a deal breaker for some people. Also, the water pressure is poor and the wifi wasn't great, but these are the usual problems. The kitchen was closed.

The host was very nice and smiling all the time. He kept our backpacks until we came from the hike and afterward left Ella. The view is indeed incredible, you can even see a waterfall from the terrace. Breakfast was ok.

This accommodation was not what we were expecting. It was not that clean, we had some bugs in the bathroom.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! The mountain view with the waterfall was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. The room was really comfy and clean, and the breakfast was both delicious and reasonably priced.

The only minor inconvenience was that they didn't accept credit cards, but there were plenty of ATMs in Ella Town within walking distance from the hotel, so it wasn't a big deal at all : ) I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Wonderful hotel owner! The room was clean, clean bed linen, clean plumbing. Separately, I will highlight the aroma in the room, the smell was magnificent, the aroma of some kind of oil. The view from the balcony is magnificent!

There are only two things that I'd like to be grateful for: a view to Ella rock and a really hot water in the bathroom.

Quite dirty bathroom and floor before check in, bad sound isolation, awful pillows, overpriced breakfast (1000 LKR for small omelette and doubtful fruits - what?!), lack of opportunity to have free water and tea and take it on your own ... that's why I don't recommend this place. It's an ordinary hotel, nothing more.

I stayed 3 nights here, The best thing here is the mountain views its amazing. From here you can see Ella rock, Kithal Ella waterfall, and a train passing around the mountain. Once you stayed here it's hard to leave this view Rooms are cleaned and have large spaces. The owner of this property is kind and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet and calm stay in Ella with breathtaking mountain views highly recommend this place.

Everything was great

The view was fantastic from my own balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff member was very helpful. The location near all bars and restaurants

Although it was a short 8 minute walk down to town, coming back up was a steep climb. But you could always take a Tuk-Tuk if you didn’t fancy the climb.

Mountain and waterfall view was extraordinary. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Room facilities, WiFi, Water pressure, Cleanliness and everything was perfect. The property had backup generators, so we didn't have any problems with power cuts.

There was no air conditioner in the room. But Ella is a cold area (about 15celcius at night). So, the fan was enough for us. Before reserving this hotel, we felt like the prices were a little bit high. But after comparing with other rates in the area, this place's rates were fair. The stay is worth the money.

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. we were surprised about the size of the room (for good) and about the fabulous breakfast. the view from the hotel is exactly what we wanted, front view to the mountains. simple and perfect. good value for the money we paid. Thanks

when you walk to your room you cross the balcony of others and it is a little bit awkward if they are sitting there. there is no air conditioner but it is not necessary in the time we were hosted there

The View was amazing. That was one of the best views we have ever seen. The view of Ella rock was amazing. When I chose it first I was a little bit reluctant but when I went there I was so happy and I felt like I am lucky to visit a place like that. The room was so clean and the breakfast was so delicious. The hotel staff was so friendly and they helped us a lot. Suggesting Mount Blue View Guest Inn for everyone who is staying in Ella without any hesitation.

Georgeous place on earth! Such an incredible view on mountains :) The room was perfect clean, comfortable and big, we had a welcome drink, there was no problem to rent a motobike from the owner :) Owner can give you some informations and the whole family is very kind :) Restaurants in the locations are perfect!
