Clean, modern apartment in a great location! Plenty of space. Quiet at night. Very responsive and friendly service. Just be aware there are 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) so people with disabilities, or elderly people, might find it difficult to access. Highly recommended.

Almost easy to find, had trouble since the location showed up in google but it wasn’t the address. Fortunately there was someone waiting to check us in and came out and found us. From the description I didn’t realize there were so many stairs but that’s Europe. Probably 3 flights to get to the front door then another 2 ½ to the living room, then another to the upper bedroom but aside from that it was nice to have a 2nd bathroom. Never could figure out the heating and AC but the weather was mild. Amenities were nice, paper towels, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee and sugar were available. Communication could have been better but we were only there a few days.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It’s very spacious and modern and an easy walk from the main sights. A supermarket is just round the corner, with bars and restaurants all around. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed with our 2 grown daughters and enjoyed the apartment immensely.
The location was wonderful, and as a bonus go to Cafe Brasilia very near the apt. (Easy to Google) for the best coffee and friendly owners and workers!

Great location! Beautiful apartment ! Elisa and Marta were very helpful and friendly; they answered all of our questions promptly. I definitely will recommend it.

Wonderful stay. Had a hiccup with check-in meeting time but was corrected. Also didn't have hot water initially but a repairman was sent right over to remedy the issue. Would suggest providing paper towels and more kitchen towels. Overall very satisfied with this property.

Great location, close to grocery store and walkable to anywhere within 12 min.and apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean.

This was a cozy, cute spot. A little bit of a walk to the main sites but we got used to it. My one comment is that they really should provide the basics: salt, pepper, sugar and coffee. It’s no cost at all and very inconvenient to have to go out and buy this for a short stay.

It was so nice to be met and taken to the property. We surely would have wandered about otherwise!
The apartment was very clean, and comfortable. We were able to easily walk to anywhere we wanted to go, and it was very convenient to have a market within a few steps.
Speaking of steps- there were quite a few, so it is advised to minimize what you bring. We left our big suitcases in the car, and took on,y what we needed for our 3 day stay.
We would definitely stay again!

The property was just as listed and exceeded our expectations! Perfectly located and close to everything we wanted to do! Enrica/Valentina were both extremely helpful in setting up water taxi's to and from the rental upon arrival and departure which was wonderful! We wish we would have stayed a few extra days in Venice, but we will be back and hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Our family of 5 found the accomodation to be well suited to our size.
You do need to take into account that you need to carry your suitcases up a few flights of stairs, due to the historic nature of Venice and no lifts.
The property is well situated, although you could probably stay anywhere on San Marco Island and it would be fine.
We did have water issues one morning, however this was addressed quickly.
One improvement that could be made is the couch - it isn't very comfortable, and also a little small for 5 people.
Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Our family absolutely loved this place. Centrally located in San Marco, yet just around the corner from the shopping which made it surprisingly quiet. Walking distance to everywhere. Grocery store is very close, so we were able to buy food and eat at the home. It was very clean. They arranged a private water taxi to pick up from the train station and also to take us to the airport, which is very helpful. However, the only down side is that there is no lift (elevator). We had 4 people with 4 large luggage and it was difficult to take everything up the stairs. Not their fault, though. If you rent, just make sure you know this ahead of time. Highly recommend it if you're good with the stairs.

Everything was perfect with our stay! They were so communicative beforehand and even gave us advice on how to get there and met us at the boat stop. Gabriele helped us with our bags and was a wealth of information on the property. It was perfect for our family of four! Well appointed, great, quiet location, out of the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything. We would stay here again!

The property location was great and the apartment was great except for the living room furniture. It was literally on the floor. Anyone older and/or less functional than we were would have had trouble using it. Also, listing should specify the several flight of stairs to climb to get to the apartment and to the second bedroom with no elevator in case anyone in the group us mobility issues. Otherwise it was comfortable, great location and property management company were incredibly helpful.

Fabulous Stay
This was a wonderful apartment in a perfect location in Venice. The property was clean and in a quiet location within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and all the main sights in Venice. We stayed with our family of 4 with two teenagers - perfect for them to have their own space with their own bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again!

San Marco Gem
The location of this property is central in the San Marco area, easy walking distance to Piazza San Marco, Basilica di San Marco and Museum. Lots of eats within a 5 min walk but be cautious of the restaurants who try to lure you in for dinner with a free glass of wine...DO NOT eat at those restaurants. The 1 hour ferry to the colourful town of Burano is well worth the trip. Next time to Venice, I would stay outside of San Marco to explore other areas such as Dorsoduro/Cannaregio/Castello.

Great apartment
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The unit was clean, WiFi and Ac worked perfectly and the apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. The location was a 10 min walk to st Marco square and Rialto bride and a five minute walk to the closest ferry boat. I would recommend this apartment to a friend without heaitation

Ideal location to enjoy Venice
Venice can be expensive to navigate by boat and walking especially in the heat can get tiring quickly. This property is ideally located in San Marco making it central to Venice and ideal as your daily starting point.
The air conditioning was amazing and my family loved coming back in the afternoons for a quick rest. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms very nice, and kitchen was great.
We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

Clean, convenient, across from the supermarket and near all major sites, so excellent for families. Lots of space. Online reviews and pictures are accurate.
Given the lack of an obvious fire escape route from the uppermost bedroom, the addition of a smoke detector would be a good idea, especially since the apartment is on approximately the 3rd to 5th floors.
Overall, we were very happy with this choice and it was quiet while also being central.

Perfect location for our days in Venice
Very nice property conveniently located near the Realto Bridge in Venice. Very clean well kept apartment. Be prepared to climb many stairs but the top of the climb is well worth it. Great value in Venice.

It felt like home
Having traveled to Venice well over 30 times during my lifetime,I wanted to share my experiences with my family. We rented this wonderful Villa in the Sky. It was my birthday...a big one.
All was well appointed ,new and working beautifully , the teen boy stayed on the top floor and loved it. My son on the 2nd level and my daughter on the first with me.
We only had two problems the entire time
1. We were not shown how to turn on the cook top .so no cooking only eating out or microwaving....FYI I am not much into cooking anyway.
2. The sofa was way too small for 4 people to sit and watch movies or visit. I saw Rossini 1 and their beautiful Sofa would have been more suitable for our apartment which had three bedroom and potentially 6 people. We had only 4 but there was not enough comfortable seating for us. The cushions were worn.
Other than that, all was wonderful and we would stay there again.
I thank Irene for greeting us when we arrived
My best
Gigi from Chicago and family.

Location was terrific. Well equipped and spacious. Stairs not bad. Sofa too low for comfort and inadequate extension cords for lights upstairs

Great Location and Apartment
After we got off the train and found our stop for the water bus we were met at the San Angelo boat stop by Camilla. We had prearranged for a porter to take our luggage to the apt. After a short walk we arrived at the apartment. It is about 40 easy steps up to the apartment. It was a super spacious place. Camilla got us acquainted with the place and gave us some helpful information. There were only two of us and there was room for 4-6 people. We didn’t even use the third bedroom. The showers were a great size and the beds comfortable. It’s in a a great location, close to boat stops, shopping and restaurants. You can walk everywhere, very easily. The scenery is great along the way. This was an amazing place to stay while in Venice. Ciao!

Wonderful home and location
The accommodations that were included with our booking were great we arrived late around midnight however someone was able to meet us who were over-the-top nice and showed us how to get into the apartment and a lay of the city. The apartment itself is beautiful with lots of space and nice finishes. The couchs pillows were a bit odd but we made do. The location was a 10 out of 10 we were so nearby everything that you want to see local grocery store less than 15 feet from the front door of the building. If you book here you won't be disappointed I can go on and on. Only thing I would've wanted to know prior was if you arrived after a certain time you were charged euros for someone to meet you.

Fantastic, well located apartment.
Looks just like the pictures-apartment is great. Worked well for our family of four. Location is perfect--close to everything we wanted to see, yet away from the immediate crazy tourist areas. Would stay there again on a return visit to Venice.

THE place to stay in Venice
We (family of four with two older children) have just finished a fantastic stay at the apartment. What a find ..... great location (walking distance to all the key sites, Rialto Bridge literally around the corner and a great supermarket just below), beautifully appointed (two lovely bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen, lovely neutral relaxing tones throughout and air-conditioning throughout - call us soft but after a full day of sightseeing a real prize!) and fantastic support pre visit, on the first day, throughout our stay and at checkout) - Venice is special, but if you want to add that extra, we couldn't recommend the apartment and the team at Views on Venice highly enough (and have already done so to a few Aussie mates). PS: as already flagged by a past reviewer, the inhouse guide book is pure gold.
