The bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty. There was dog hair on bedsheets and puddles in bathroom. We notified the manager immediately. Within a couple of hours, cleaning staff replaced the sheets and mopped up the bathroom, which we greatly appreciated. When we returned from dinner, the bathroom floor was covered in puddles of water again. I let the manager know there was definitely a leak or that water was coming in from the rain somehow. I asked if we could change to another room. The owner argued with me, saying there was no leak, and that it's an acrylic coating on the stone making it look wet. I again told him that there were PUDDLES in the bathroom. It was not simply a "shine" on the floor. There were pools of water. He would not offer another room and continued to say there was no leak even though I clearly explained and had photo proof. We checked out the next morning, ending our stay two days early as we did not want to have to use a flooded bathroom. It was disgusting. I took videos and photos, which I shared, and the manager still tried to say the puddles were not puddles. It was wild. The management needs to get the water leak diagnosed and fixed for future guests.
