Location is ok
TV is small and the remote was not functioning properly. Refrigerator less cool . It’ll be better have big refrigerator.

iron was not function well. very difficult to adjust the temperature and iron board also need to replace. .water heater in main room not function.

Very bad service. Customer service fail. Cleanliness fail. Purposely deduct money from deposit. The bed has so many hair strands. Floor dirty. No clean water supply. Delayed deposit refund.

The sink clogged. The microwave should not place besides the sink since the water pressure is so strong and splashes the microwave. The tenant might get blamed if the microwave is broken.
You should put a Kiblat sticker for muslim to pray..
Hallway dont have air cond and is very hot while waiting for the lift.. door to pool is lock

Place is consider very clean. Bathroom can improve a bit with some hangers would be good!
The pillow are too stiff. 😅 Softer pillow would be better.

Price. Security. Cleanliness. Pool. 24 hours service laundromat is on level 1. Quick response from the team.
From the carpark to the unit. It was such a hassle to look for the lifts.
The size of the TV & fridge in the unit is small.
Since we were there during CNY, all the shops within the area were closed. Within the condo, to get around is like walking in a maze.

1. I want to give huge shoutout to the 2 ladies Peggy and Aldena who were providing excellent help throughout this stay.
They accommodated my very late check in arrangements and stayed online to provide support. This level of service in my experience is what you receive at 5/6 star hotels. Amazing!
2. The apartment itself was spotless, very clean, ample amenities to make the stay really amazing.
3. The view out of the living room balcony & 2 of the bedrooms were splendid.
This is a very minor input to make the overall experience even more excellent! In the check in instruction and video to demonstrate how to get to the guest parking, 1 minor step missed was how to activate the car park entrance gantry. Really really minor but will make subsequent guests experience really seamless
