The house was perfect, the pool the garden, we even had a barbecue! It was wonderful and the location is really close to old town as well.

The villa is nicely refurbished, although there are some minor isuess for example with not all doors being able to stay fully closed. But it is really just a minor thing for me. All rooms are clean and spacious, equiped with AC. Nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen is a nice feature. We just brough our own capsules, although there was 10 capsules with the machine. In the fridge there were 4 bottles of water and some breakfast jams and small butter packages. Bottle of local wine was waiting on the table. There is really nice backyard with tree garden and absolutelly great swimming pool! Nice area for having breakfast or dinner. The pool is huge pro of this property! Although being located in a tree garden, it stays clean, because the owner has a service contract with local swimming pool company, who made the pool. They comes twice a week to take care. The villa is located on one of the main street bringing majority traffict to the city. You have to bear this in mind. The front bedroom could be a problem for those, who requires absolute quietness. For me this is a payoff for proximity to the old town. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The villa was absolutely perfect for our stay - especially the outside area! The pool overlooked a lovely orchard and was the perfect spot for relaxing! The villa has four decent sized rooms and one big bathroom with two showers. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Michail (the host) was very friendly and was quick to reply to any questions we had. We’d highly recommend this villa!

Nice garden with mandarin trees, spacious kitchen with lots of kitchen utensils, spacious rooms, beautiful bathroom design, grill facilities.

actually there is only one bathroom - with 2 toilets and 2 showers in. Not comfortable if You travel with friends - need to determinate the order how bathroom is used! will not fit for You if You are afraid from ants - there are a lot of them, need to fight every day. night time very noisy from the street. if You travel with small children - walking with prams from villa to old town or other place is difficult, cause of very uncomfortable streets

We enjoyed our time at Central Villa. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host. The host was always there for us and we could always get easily in touch with him if we had any questions. The villa looks spacious, clean and modern. The villa is on a main road, but when you sit in the back of the garden you hardly hear anything of this. There is a beautiful sandy beach within walking distance of the villa. The garden is extremely suitable for bbq or just to enjoy a beer with some friends. Everything we needed for a successful holiday was present!
