Check in check out was quick, room was clean. The pillow was comfy

Like the location as you can walk to anything you need (restaurants, massage, bar, laundry, convenience shop).

Customer service was zero. Upon arrival you would think I'd landed from Mars and very little English spoken. I didn't know which way to go once the keys were handed over and they weren't bothered to show me?? TV has about 6 channels of English speaking, 4 of which were news and 2 sports! Pool was dirty with lots of leaves lying there upon first usage and didn't see any real cleaning/maintenance of it, so wasn't sure how 'clean/healthy' it was? They take readings of electricity and water meters on arrival which is then read again on departure and you pay the usage! The rate is already high for the type of property without extra's!!
