Ideal location. And property has everything you would need for a weekend.

Didn’t realise parking would be so difficult in the area.

Location was superb ideally situated by the river with easy access to the town centre and facilities and the train station . The layout of the accommodation was excellent providing enough room for 4 adults .

The Cleanliness of the property was not acceptable. On entering the apartment it smelt of smoke, although the property was listed as non-smoking. The floor had food crumbs by the fridge , seating area and kitchen area. The fridge door and microwave door was covered in residue and had to be cleaned before touching. Also, we had to clean the breakfast bar area as it was unhygienic to use . Luckily, we had taken cleaning products with us to do this since, despite the apartment details listing the availability of cleaning products ,there were none available on arrival. Hairs were found on the windowsill by the bed in the twin bedroom and in the main bedroom a half empty bottle of “LiQuid” was found on the bedside table. Although the bathroom was clean the air vent left a lot to be desired and thick with dust obviously gathered over a long period of time.

Location great. Easy parking. Breakfast n/a Comfy beds, sofa a little lumpy. Roomy, light and town a short walk away. Well appointed kitchen.

excellent location, spacious apartment.

minor repairs needed, like coffee table needs a repair, shower holder would be useful. perhaps a shelf under the bathroom mirror. maybe a mirror in the 2nd bedroom.

Location was perfect as it was a 5min walk to the centre of Newport but quiet enough as on the other side of the river.

The shower head connector had broken off the wall and so made showering a bit more difficult as you had to hold the shower head.

The property has not been cleaned properly. All plates and cups, as well as baking trays were dirty. There was dirt on the floor and dust on the bedding in a spare room, dirty wet towel in the washing machine. There have been no cleaning products at all, so had to buy everything myself, as the property management was not replying back to the messages. WIFI was not working for the duration of the whole stay, had to use my mobile data. Location of the property is nice, but avoid staying there if you can, as dealing with the property management will be a headache. They will simply ignore you and will drag the time as much as possible to reply back and sort any issues. Completely unprofessional.
