You have a full kitchen and living space separate from your bedroom to enjoy light cooking and relaxation! Wonderful bars and restaurants all around. Enjoy a day sunbathing in the sand or take a surf lesson! Endless summer fun everywhere you look! Suite #9 1 Bedroom Suite w/ private kitchen and living area. This is one unit at a 9 unit boutique hotel. Trundle bed available upon request Please take note that, though we are generally a quiet establishment, we are located on a popular street, near public transportation and above a bar & restaurant. Due to this, there is potential for noise, particularly on weekends. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking.

Fun Beach Getaway
The HighTide suite was perfect for a long weekend at the beach for me and my husband. The suite is spacious and very clean, with a nice kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom. It is conveniently located close to the beach and our favorite restaurants. The bed is a full-size but was comfortable enough. Check-in is easy with a lock code that is provided ahead of time.

It wasn't bad. I enjoyed my stay. It was noisy but it's New York. That's to be expected and it didn't bother me.

Great place to stay
My sister and I booked this room for a Rockaways Grrls Weekend. We had a wonderful time. The room was very clean, cute and minimal. Parking lot was an extreme plus. Excellent location to walk to all attractions. We had no issue with noise whatsoever. I would definitely book again.

Hiccups
Overall, the place is nice. That being said, when we checked in it was over 100 degrees in the place! It took 20 minutes to get the temperature to a reasonable place in the apartment. Next, there is step between the kitchen and living room that is invisible that I tripped on twice, injuring my back. When we requested a broom and extra set of sheets, it took almost a day to get them. Next, we got locked out on the second day because the electronic lock apparently ran out of batteries.When we asked for a one hour later check out we were denied, despite the fact that the check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.Not great, but OK.

Awesome stay at Rockaways
Super clean and well designed. Stayed in room #9 1BR suite. Frequent fort Tilden and Jacob Riis on weekends. Customer service were very responsive. High tide makes a perfect beach staycation. Bernadette's and Bungalow are great options for food. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely stay
We stayed here on our wedding weekend and had a blast! The rooms were easy to access, clean and stylish. Parking was a huge plus as well. Very nice having RBQ downstairs for food and beverage as well. Thanks, High Tide!
