Good location
Overpriced and the glass door between the bathroom and the bedroom didn't make any sense.

Good location close to the centre, beach and bus stop. Smart TV with Netflix. Nice swimming pool
The room was not well cleaned, we had ants in the kitchen and the host's reaction was that it is normal. The bed was too small and the mattress was not comfortable. There was no soap not even shampoo, I think that's standard nowadays. We wouldn't come back

the apartment was a fabulous stay, so modern and had everything we needed, the bed was so comfortable also, the bathroom is fabulous with high pressure shower, the pool is so lovely and there is always free sun loungers any time of day.
the apartment for our 6 night stay was 11/10 highly recommend and so central to everything the beach 10 mins, 5 mins to las Américas walk absolutely perfect.

Marina, the agent, was a very kind women. It was pleasant to meet a reliable person at the beginning of our stay. The location of our room was perfect. It was near to different beaches. It was clean, comfortable and safe. The kitchen was full of any equipment you can think of. It had a balcony perfect for the morning breakfasts. Also we had access to the pools, but we didn’t use them.
Nothing major, that I can think of. Everything was much better than we expected.
Only the bedroom didn’t get enough sunlight in the mornings.

It was a handy position to visit parts of Tenerife that we had never been to before.
We were close to various beaches , shops and bars.

The apartment was clean and updated. It was well equipped, other than we had to buy wine glasses and mugs. The location was excellent for our needs. Everything was in good working order, although we couldn't get many TV channels in English. This didn't bother us too much, but others may find it a problem. WiFi was good. The apartment itself met my expectations. The apartment complex was disappointing
The complex this apartment is located in, Playa Honda Apartments, is not in keeping with the local area and is in need of updating. The communal walkways and the building itself are in need of major refurbishment. The upper floors have netting to catch falling debris from the building and the whole area appears rundown and in need of repair. The stairways and pool access is very dark and unwelcoming. The pool area itself is OK, but needs umbrellas and some seating areas and shade. The apartment itself was fine. The complex, Playa Honda, was disappointing.

The property was clean and comfortable, having everything you need for a weeks stay. The property was in a quiet area close to the hospital (we had a relative there).
It is also 5 minute walk from the centre and 10 minutes to the beach. perfect location.

A nice modern flat, clean. very nice location in the centre of Las Americas, you got the beach and the high street and the bus stop very close, just a few minutes of walk. I will recommend for couples or even for families, it is like a comfort zone. If you're looking for somewhere quiet I suggest you to look for something else cause can be a bit noisy in the night.

Excellent location, well equipped, two swimming pools
If you are using sofa in living room to sleep it is not that comfortable. Floor needs to be washed, otherwise white socks become black very quickly

Strong smell (like chloride) in the bed
Bed is smaller than it looked on the pictures and not comfortable for tall people
Windows are thin and not properly sealed. During the storm lots of dust came through the window on the bed and our stuff (see picture). Also the noise isolation is not good.
Fight for toilet paper was not nice. Finally, we only get 1 role for the whole week. We end up buying toilet paper by ourselves
We expected to have a real balcony, so we got confused by the pictures. Apparently, there are several different apartments available and it's not clear which one you get

Look, if you want mega comfort and luxury then stay in a hotel with staff. This is a self catering facility and the only staff here are the front desk. The apartment was really well stocked with everything except cutlery. There’s a nice swimming pool but there are no loungers and it closes a little early, at 5pm.
It’s really close to the bars and restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. The beach and coast line is easily accessible just turn right out of the hotel and walk in a straight line till you get there, and wow, it’s stunning.
Obvs due to covid lots of places are shut, bars close between 11-12pm.
Swimming pool closed too early and there are no sun loungers due to covid
