We had a truly great stay at Jose and Rosa's apartment. It was spacious, beautifully fitted out and every little thing you could possibly need was there for you.
The area was lovely and quiet and we could walk to many things close by, including bars, restaurants and attractions.
Even though the weather wasn't perfect, we did enjoy sitting out on the balcony, too.
Jose and Rosa were super hosts who were helpful, friendly and communicated well so that everything went smoothly. We would stay again in the apartment in a heartbeat.

Great three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Sevilla centro. We arrived there in the middle of the night and at first glance the neighborhood seemed a bit intimidating and crowded. There was nothing wrong with the neighborhood, it was us, it was a matter of understanding Sevilla and how it was built. As we looked for the apartment, store owners and workers came out to help us find it. How amazing is that!
The property manager Jose Luis was incredible. He provided step by step instructions on how to get to the apartment, where to park, how to enter the building, etc. The information was invaluable. The first night, as we were getting settled in the apartment, I believe I called Jose Luis at 1am in the morning and he answered the call!!!
The next morning, with the sun out, we were welcomed to a great neighborhood in the center of old Sevilla. We quickly felt in love with the neighborhood, its people and the apartment which is spacious and modern. I asked my wife and son (33yo) what they thought of the apartment and if they would recommend it to others. They both gave it a two-thumps-up. Thank you, Jose Luis.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The communication with Jose Luis was excellent. He responded quickly to any questions we had and had great suggestions on places to see and eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Location for the aparment excellent. Within 20min walk all the attactions - very easy to get into even after work.

We really loved staying at Jose Luis’s apartment. He is a wonderful host. He offered so much great information & recommendations that made our stay even better. The apartment is beautiful & was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we could have hoped for. We were able to enjoy the lovely terrace in the mornings. The location is perfect. Really cute neighborhood, great restaurants nearby. 15, 20 minute walk to Cathedral, Real Alcazar, Plaza España, Santa Cruz. Just a great overall experience. We loved Seville & would be thrilled to stay in this apartment again if we return. Don’t hesitate to do the same!

What a wonderful apartment to start our trip to Spain. José Luis and Rosa’s apartment was perfect for 5 of us. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee for Nespresso machine and the beds and showers were wonderful. The location was in a lively neighborhood walking distance to a supermarket and small shops and restaurants if needed. Approximately 10-15 minute easy walk to the center of town to see cathedral, Giralda tower and Alcazar.
The best part was the excellent communication prior and during. José Luis offered so many suggestions and even offered to help our daughter if needed who is studying in Seville. Very warm and friendly and responsive which is extremely important when traveling in a new city. I would not hesitate to book this apartment for your trip to Seville!!

The property is in a really good location just meters from decent tapas bars including the oldest in Seville, El Rinconcillo.
The apartment itself is nicely furnished and fitted out and benefits from a terrace accessed via either one of the bedrooms or the sitting room affording great views. Although the apartment is on the third floor, there is a lift which was particularly useful for transporting our luggage.
Jose Luis is a vey helpful host and a good communicator and can offer advice on what Seville has to offer.
I left an item when we checked out and he kindly did some research to see how much it would cost me for him to arrange for it to be shipped to the UK. In summary, a lovely apartment, great location and a helpful kind host.

We are a family of three who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at José Luis and Rosa's apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and located in a perfect location that is within walkable distance of the historic center of Seville. The main train station is also relatively close by - so much so we just walked from there to the apartment (about 20 min) or otherwise it's just a short cab ride. The neighborhood is safe and vibrant with a wide selection of restaurants, grocery stores etc within easy walking distance. Communication with José was excellent and he provided detailed self check-in details and helpful tips for local restaurants as well as sights to see. The posted photos are accurate and I highly recommend staying here for anyone planning a visit to this amazing city.

Quiet, clean, fully equipped, beautiful apartment. We were a group of 4 travelling together and after almost a month on the road this was a cozy and comfortable place to land. Kitchen included everything you could need and it would be easy to cook a meal if desired. Beds and bedding were heavenly. Sunny private terrace made drying clothes on the line easy and quick, but there was also an awning to pull for shade to sit under if desired. Our hosts were the best we have ever encountered in a VRBO and we have stayed in quite a few. They helped us with Flamenco reservations and even gave us the heads up that the clocks would be changing for daylight savings. Thank you so much Jose Luis and Rosa!!

Super convenient apartment for Sevilla trip
We found this delightful apartment to be extremely well located for sites south (cathedral, alcazar, plaza de Espana), west (Triana, Museo de Bella's Arte's), and north (Basilica of the Macarena). Enjoyable evenings on the balcony and at nearby bars and restaurants. What a treat.

Special place in a special city with a special host
This apartment is lovely, with many special touches that made us feel at home. We appreciated the basic supplies left for us. The terrace was perfect for drinks and snacks before dinner, and the beds were very comfortable. Although it’s in a busy neighborhood, it was very quiet even on the terrace. José Luis was very responsive and addressed all questions promptly and helpfully.

I can't say enough about this wonderful apartment and the whole experience with Jose, who was so helpful throughout the whole challenging process of travel during the pandemic. Fantastic location, spotless, super comfortable beds, great showers, walking distance to everything you want to see in Sevilla.

Beautiful apartment in excellent condition. High quality furnishings and finishings. Very well stocked and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing; great location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, groceries etc nearby, but close to the major sites; about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. Private terrace was lovely. Showers were fantastic. Beds very comfortable. Electronic access and wifi connection were fast and convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent. Perfect layout for our family with three young adult children. Would also work well for couples. We highly recommend this property for a short or longer visit and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The best
This was a great experience. The apartment was lovely with a nice outdoor area that was comfortable for four adults. Good bed and linens. The owner was so helpful. She found a way for me to get my broken denture fixed. Saved my holiday with that. Also was generous in helping us arrange sightseeing trips. Highly recommend!!

This apartment is amazing! Rosa and Jose Luis were very helpful with lots of information and provided us with groceries to get us started off for our stay in Seville. The location of the property is very central with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, attractions and shopping all close by. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Wonderful Apartment in Seville
Very nice, extremely clean apartment in a great location. Lots of room for the four of us adults. Just minutes from all the sites and plenty of restaurants, tapas and grocery stores just a few steps away. Jose and Rosa met us at the apartment, checked us in and provided helpful info about the apartment and surrounding neighborhood. Arranged a taxi for us in advance for our departure. Highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely Seville Apartment
Four of us in Seville for the first time all liked this apartment very much. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. The two central air conditioning systems kept the apartment very comfortable in spite of the oppressive afternoon August heat. Jose and Rosa were excellent hosts-- extremely helpful in our orientation to the apartment and area and recommendation of restaurants and grocery stores. They arranged tickets for an incredible flamenco performance and ordered a taxi to help us get there on time.

Pleasant and Relaxing
We had a wonderful time in Seville staying at this property. Very clean, all the things you need for overnight stays, friendly owners. Air conditioning was wonderful and the location was to die for. Only hiccup we had was discrepancy in check in time. Site says 16:00, however owners stated 13:00 to be the check in. May want to make sure the owners know as soon as possible how early you can make it. They were very helpful for us when we arrived later than their check in. Highly recommend this location!!

Beautiful apartment in great location, wonderful hosts!
My wife and I had a wonderful visit to Seville staying at Casa Antiguo. Rosa and Jose Luis met us on our arrival to guide us through the parking arrangement at a nearby garage and introduce us to their beautiful place. The apartment is quite spacious in a nice neighborhood, a short walk to many nice restaurants and sites. They provided us with everything needed to make our stay extra special and comfortable. We will certainly recommend it to any friends or family planning a visit to Seville.
