Liked had kitchenette with stove and fridge. Let me have 30 minute later checkout. No pet fees early check in,location to ocean,nice sitting area outside,area walkable.Nice water pressure and got hot water in shower. Would definitely stay again. Check in was easy ,very accommodating
The toilet was very wobbly .Pans were outdated, limited ,room was dark, cramped.

Cute motel and well located on the beach and within walking distance of three good

I had to two medium/ large size dogs and they were able to accommodate them. There was a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. No bugs.
The parking was limited, we had 2 vehicles. There were extra spots on the lots because there were empty rooms yet we had to park the 2nd vehicle a 1/2 mile down the road. We would have gladly moved if the rooms became occupied. The room needed some updates and the TV was not in a convenient location in the room. The kitchen could use some additional silverware and cookware.

It was a basic accomadation and you could hear the noise of the road, needs a good paint job.

Very close to the beach, bars & restaurants. Great shower. Immediate response when there was a plumbing issue- very well handled.
Only outside space straight onto busy road. North facing. Poorly equipped for eating in/food preparation.

Location
It was a total dump! The AC was insufficient and It was 81 degrees in the room. Complained to owner, and he came to our room and was rude and obnoxious. We left and did not stay there. We are at a Holiday Inn!

The people were friendly and everything was clean and smelled great. The location was within walking distance to the beach with small quaint restaurants nearby with a quiet atmosphere. The upgrades were well maintained in a cozy room that covered every need. It even came with beach chair rentals and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Would stay again and recommend.
There were a few soft spots in the floor being it was upstairs and some of the overall paint inside and out was peeling due to the weather and how old the building is. Overall not a bad place, just needs a touch of love. Would still stay in it again.

it was a cute but small studio apartment and I loved the decor, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
the only thing I didn’t like was the shower was very small and it was hard to get the water temperature correct

Walking distance to the beach. We booked last minute and they were very quick to respond with room info.

It was locate just a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It was small but had everything we needed for our short get away.
The studio was too small. I would like to come back with my kids next time but stay at the same location. The beach was pristine and not crowded at all.

Floors were filthy . Very skimkey on supplies. Killed a cockroach In kitchen. A small investment would go a long way to make it much better

it had a great beach vibe and close to Redington Beach. Michael was very accommodating and helpful. having a little lichen was also wonderful!
