The wash clothes could have been and looked cleaner they were old and rust colored, breakfast wasnt what they said it was to be no waffles at all and no one said anything, so that was our stay but the lady at the front was very nice and helpful

Dirty, water pressure was horrible and cold, bathtub dirty and room door 210 needs to be sealed light and air comes thru the inch gap

First room didn't have towels or tv working and then got switched to another room. The next room was right. Nice and clean and more towels

We decided on a jacuzzi suite with king bed and double sofa sleeper. The room was really large and accommodated us well. Staff however should assure there is an adequate amount of towels/washclothes etc in the room. We were able yo get 1 extra towel and washcloth but was told they didnt have any more. You will also have to request bedding for the sofa sleeper. They can also offer more choicesfor the continental breakfast, they offered small honey buns and fruit, some bruised. The coffee was warm vs hot. There are is a microwave and frig in the room, so you could "make" things work. All and all not a bad trip. The staff was friendly. Loved the jacuzzi, really big with nice jets. Would stay again.

It was pretty bad. First room was uninhabitable so we were moved to a different one. Ah yes, the next-mor inf discovery of the previous visitor's underwear in the drawer and food and drink in the fridge were just great. Guest services was made aware and didn't care. Good luck, but I'd skip over this one.

I like it was convenient to many things. What I didn’t like was how hard to sleep because kids was crying in the hallway for a long period.

Was nice a quiet especially for a New Year’s Eve room was very big just the molding in the bathroom was falling apart and no water pressure but over all those are small things to deal with

The room was not the cleanest. There was still coffee in the pot from a previous stay before us. There was dust all over our room. For breakfast there was cold coffee, and the only food available was honey buns and muffins.

Breakfast was terrible! Oranges were too old to even peel. No ubs ports in room. Some lights didn't work. Only two towels in room. Very sad hotel. We will never stay there again.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful, polite. Service was 5 star quality. The room was pleasant decor and clean. We definity look forward to staying there again whilevvisiting friends and family

I had my reservation but front lady just repeated that they could not fnd my reservation in their system. She was so impolite. So I had to take another room at re eption. I was about double pay to hotel. Fortunately hotels.com worked fof refund but her attitude was the worst one ever.

The room we asked for wasn't clean, furniture was dusty, floors dirty, bathroom wasn't clean especially the bath tub. We wasn't able to get another room until the next day. On the Hotels.com page it said that Red Roof had breakfast available but we found out the next day from management they only do continental breakfast which only consists of coffee, orange juice which was spoiled, honey buns was all we saw. The 2nd room they gave us was a little bit better but we killed 2 roaches that were in the bathroom and a spider in the bedroom. There wasn't a phone in the room either.But the desk workers and the clean up crew were very nice.

Rm # 102 wasn’t cleaned well. The towels & shower curtain were dirty; the floor was sticky; there was hair on wall’s & bathroom floor; the tub was dirty; there was no separate place for coffee supplies outside of the bathroom. There was no help available after I checked in. The next staffer was kind. Overall, I was disappointed with the Red Roof Inn.

The reservation process and communication with front desk staff was excellent....prior to arrival. My wife and her sister (who is in an extra wide wheelchair) were staying and I had arranged and paid in advance for a handicapped accessible room with 2 beds. None of the doors accommodated the extra wide wheelchair causing my wife to have to lift her sister and complete complicated manuevers just to get them into their room....and then into the bathroom as well. And the bathroom wasn't equipped with a wheelchair accessible shower - it was a tub with hold bars and no seat. The room had one bed and a pull out couch. And there was one electric socket that was pulled at least an inch from the wall. The staff did not even try to accommodate them. Very disappointed.

They were remodeling the hotel, which was fine. Most of the hotel was nice. Our room that we were given was dirty. The floor was sticky, room smelled, faucet was nasty, bedding was dirty.
They gave us another room across the hall, light in bathroom was burnt out, shower curtain hadn't been changed because there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain, Kleenex was empty, no extra toilet tissue and mirror was dirty. I think they just need to train their cleaning staff a little better.
I talked to the front desk upon checkout and she took copies of my photos and was very apologetic.

For the rate that I paid, the property is nice and the location is very convenience. However, the free continental breakfast is lacking. The room is quite spacious, but the mattress needs replacing. It could use a bit more attention with the cleanliness for I found red stains on the sheet.

Room was okay. Could have been cleaner. Stains on the sheets, so I slept on the cover with my button up on top of the cover to keep my face from getting dirty. Decent stay for a night. Way cleaner than Morrow. Check in staff was nice. Morning staff congregated near my door and kept talking loudly around 8am. Not too many options for the area and the reviews here were better than some of the other budget locations.

Rooms are old and a little dirty. There was an old baby bottle in the couch pillows with spoiled milk. Places need better cleaning crew

It said complimentary continental breakfest which consisted of muffins and coffee, no milk or water. Main room was somwhat clean but the bathroom was horrible. Light didnt even work in the bathroom, had to use the heat light which was on a timer.
