Had a slow check-in, with the person behind the desk also helping others and answering the phone. He was hard to hear and it was hard to understand his accent. He never bothered to tell me how to find my room so I went back in to ask. He came out to do something else and told me it was upset on the back side but then I couldn’t understand what else he said. I asked if I should take the stairs up and he told me about an elevator half way down. Lots of people hanging around on both levels talking very loudly and even sitting outside on the ledge in front of our door. We did not feel safe. I got the impression some of them live at the hotel as there were several groups that seemed to know each other. There was a police car and ambulance leaving the parking lot when we arrived and two police cars in the lot when we returned to our room late evening.

This place is basically a dive. The general neighborhood is nice. This property is kind of run down and the other guests made us a bit nervous. I stayed here a few years ago and thought it was ok for a cheap motel. I won’t be staying here again.

Accomodating

There must be people living there. Plants in the window and dog barking. Each night kids sitting on 2nd floor walk way, teenagers leaning on railing talking on phone. Seems like it was home for them.

Best price in the area.

Nearby restaurants are barely accessible by walking. Great for the price but any kind of continental breakfast would have improved the stay

Not sure what can be done to fix the door keys so you can get into the room. I like staying here. The location is good and the price is right but I had to run back to the office three times before the room key opened the door I was given.

Doors were locked and staff was not at the property when we arrived, he walked over from a neighbouring property about 30mins later. Toilet ran all night and the tank filled every 20 seconds. The room was very humid, the floor was lifting and you could see the water damage

The only Red Roof locally to stay. The staff and the beds were good but the floor (i get it with dogs) was all loose) Im grateful for RRI because we travel with our 🐕 dogs and they're pet friendly.

The Inn was clean, but the property upkeep was not as good. The tub was missing huge hunks of porcelain and the room was lacking any personality or pictures. The best part of our stay is that my great dane was allowed without any fee. Being able to travel with my dog is the best.

Rooms are clean and updated. Staff is amazing!

Old hotel, in dire need of remodel

They are always great wonderful staff.

No lighting in the sink area. Bathroom door was unclosable. Front door was impossible to open or close. Floors dirty. No remote for television.

Unfortunately, the room was super dirty and that was just a big turn off.

The exterior is kind of raggedy looking however, the rooms are nice

Our room smelled like smoke and musty. Cobwebs everywhere. Looks like people live in the rooms, they had grills and plants outside. People all over were loud so didn't get much sleep. My clothes I wore to bed and suitcase smelled like smoke when we got home and our stinky room smell. Our remote had no batteries so had to go to office to get so tv would work. The photos on line made it look way nicer than it is. Looked like a drug deal going on down the road on the corner from a guy living there, kinda of beaten path. Ceilings outside all rusty. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a pleasant stay. The lady at check-in was very helpful and nice.

House keeping cleaned room everyday nice to come back to a clean room and made bed. Thank you.

The place was filthy. The room had a clock that was totally broken. The hair dryer was broken. Why keep it in the room if you can't use it. Cats and dogs in rooms. It felt unsafe and disgusting. First time staying at a Redroof Inn and my last.

Worth service ever

This hotel staff and workers are disrespectful and inconsiderate

The employee that we dealt with was an absolute pleasure and extremely helpful. We had some issues but he made everything worth while. A great employee and definitely would recommend to anyone trying to choose between this hotel and the overpriced one across the street!

I made my reservation and when I arrived they told me that my reservation was not there and they did nothing to help me and I had already paid in advance and had a reservation number
