We got a puppy while on vacation and the amenities at this hotel were perfect for our new family member! We will stay here again if in the area.

You can hear all noise around the room

It’s always clean, reasonably priced, & the staff is always great.

The hotel gave me a room that had not been cleaned. It was filthy. I had to go back to the front desk and get a new room. The girl at the front desk went and told the manager and he couldn’t even be bothered to come out to apologize or say anything to me

Very nice hotel; staff was really nice!

The road to get to the hotel is confusing and not really well marked.
Breakfast was a complete let down. It was scrambled eggs, egg omlet, sausage, oatmeal that was way too much water. Fruit and yogart.
The waffle mix was empty. There was bread.
The room was huge and clean. You could not hear any outside road noise.
I would stay there again.

There were 5 of us (2 adults & 3 children) staying in a 2 queen suite for two nights. Check in was easy and pleasant. The room was spacious. Breakfast in the morning was your standard continental and was fine. We didn't find the beds very comfortable. We would stay again.

What we didnt like was all the noise.

Clean, well appointed rooms. Breakfast area is large and offered many options.

Horrible room on the first floor. ADA room? Not like any we have had before at this brand. Nobody slept - partying going on at the fire pit outside our window and on the parking lot most of the night. The front desk person was so rude. Not sure why others who made their reservations after us had lovely rooms. I will share this with the lacrosse families and tournament people.

This stay was for myself and my groomsmen the night before the wedding. We dealt with good staff during the day even though they gave us the wrong room. The staff at night was horrible. Completely rude and unprofessional to all of us. The room was handicap accessible but the shower flooded anytime someone used it. Water ran through the bathroom and started reaching the carpet where we had to set up a barrier of towels. Spoke with the rude front desk women, who told me there is nothing she can do and said she had bigger problems. I asked for more towels since we used ours to clean up the mess and she replied saying we shouldn’t need that many and not to ask for more. Unprofessional and very rude I wouldn’t Recommend staying.

Newer hotel, easy free parking. Standard rooms, etc. Stayed 4 nights, no linnens, trash pick up, coffee replenishment, etc. Like we were not even there. All for $300/night. Disappointing.

Checked in, bunch of ants in my room. Was told to step out so they would spray. Went to dinner to return to just more ants. Creepy feeling sleeping in a room knowing it’s ants everywhere. Well overpriced.

Recently re-opened as a Home2 Suites only two days earlier, this hotel was lovely. The only (very slight) complaint I had was that the breakfast offerings were slim but I'm sure that will change as time goes by. We look forward to staying at this location and other Home2 Suites.

Hotel is under construction so every morning we were awaken by those sounds right outside our window. If you leaving early, great of not expext to be waken.

As of 10/1/22, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures and was extremely dirty.

On the website, it was clearly stated the renovations would not disrupt our stay. The renovations clearly disrupted our entire stay -- from check in, to sleeping, room was in poor condition (carpet was stained, wall was falling apart, woodwork was missing and falling off, entry way was full of crane scaffolding and tarps, early morning (9 AM drilling and hammering on the weekends), work people everywhere, and the elevator was full of dust and debris.

The room was spacious and clean. However the breakfast was manageable but not great. The construction going on impacted that, I know. I tried to nap midafternoon and couldn’t for the noise of construction.

At time of post, this hotel is being renovated and did not stay in one of the newly-renovated rooms. Hence the weird food smells of the carpet and cleanliness being less than desirable.
Check-in was easy and the front desk person was very kind. This is an OK choice for driving through (we were en route to Omaha). Staying here for a few days when so many other options are available within walking distance? Nope.

We were warned the hotel was under renovation. We were told it shouldn’t affect our stay. The hotel looks horrible. The elevators are full of drywall dust and our mess. It got on our dress clothes. we went to a concert that evening. They use the elevators for the workmen. The front of the hotel is torn off and ceiling and wood pieces hanging. Looks like a bomb went off! The check in desk and customer lounge are all in one room. The lady at the check-in was very unfriendly and very unwelcoming but did her job. I was sent an email asking for any request that I had. I answered that email asking for a quiet room, which we did get, and a non-pet friendly room as I have allergies. When I checked in at the desk she told me they are all pet friendly rooms and if a pet was in the room we were staying in, it would’ve been deeply cleaned. I was not told that at the time of my email. By that time I’m at the hotel it’s too late to look for another hotel as we had a date at the theater that evening. We came down at breakfast and they had everything that you can really think of offered, but the Hard boiled eggs were apparently spoiled because they smelled like vinegar! And the milk was spoiled. At that point we just left the hotel to get on our way. No at this point I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed 2 nights and told front desk we wanted maid service just for fresh towels. We did not get the fresh towels.

I was only at the Keystone Inn for a day but it would have been better if there was a microwave in my room.

It was very loud being next to the interstate. We heard traffic all night long.

They are under construction. Room was nice. Tv was old but useable. Manager said bathroom is being remodeled. Told them a slipped twice in tub. Very slippery.

We were not informed on construction, work start 9am! No remote and room carpet had multiple stains. Only microwave breakfast.

After we booked our hotel, we were told that the construction would not affect our stay. The pool and lobby were closed and the water in our room was turned off from 8am-6pm one of the days we were there. The construction did affect our stay.

Bathroom was dirty ‘ no hot water ‘ hot moved to another room that only had luke warm water ‘ bad smell in the rooms scenary was horrible looked very run down.

Our room smelled moldy and there was a large amount of rusty water stains, along with powdered paint and paint chips, in the bottom corner of the room near to the head of one of the beds. At least during our stay, we didn't have fire alarms going off all night as happened during our last stay. My spouse wanted to come back to this hotel; I did not.

Property was under major reconstruction. Front of property torn up and looked abandoned. No signage identifying hotel. Had to enter through side door and walk down hall to what probably was a former conference room. Was ok with all of this if setup in conference room was done in a more attractive manor. Carpet in room was filthy. This was also the room where they serve breakfast. Room was attractive and clean and staff were very nice. Had to track down person manning the desk when checking out. Room was very expensive for what we got.

The property was under renovation (and noted when we reserved our hotel), the accommodations were limited (and we were charged full price) and the note insinuated that the renovation would not impact our stay.
Parking was difficult, the front desk access continued to move, there was a leak (from the ceiling)into our room and when we called the front desk she stated "Sorry, I can't do anything about it except move you to another room". At 2am in the morning, we are expected to move our room????
There was no apology from management, no compensation for our inconvenience and no acknowledgement from anyone about our substandard stay.
We have taken Keystone Inn off our places in Indy to stay, not just because of our experience, but also due to the lack of concern from the hotel staff and management.
Sincerely,
Jim Mills

The hotel was under construction which would have been good information to have prior to booking a non-refundable room. The construction really didnt impact me too much although there was some time that the water was out. The room itself was fine and pretty comfortable however the bathroom is extremely small and the shower head could use some help. The other disappointment was the lack of a microwave in the room.

Where do I start? When I booked the hotel I sent by pictures and ratings. The location was perfect considering I was there for a medical procedure. We arrived 2 hours early to our 3pm check in time. When we got there, I thought the place was closed because the whole front of the hotel was torn apart. It looked like a tornado had hit it. You could not access the front lobby because it was undergoing a total remodel. The check in desk was some make shift desk in the area where they service breakfast. I asked if we could go on and check in since we were early. They said yes BUT charged me $50 to check in 2 hours early. I have NEVER been charged to check in early anywhere... and considering the condition of the hotel - they should have done it for free. But I was tired and paid it anyways. The room was nice...that was the only thing I can say about it. BUT no sooner than we get in the room, they slide a paper under the door saying that the hotel was going to have the water turned off the next day from 9am until 5pm....I'm like WTH!! Honestly....this hotel does not need to be listed on Hotels.com while it is undergoing this major renovation. I would stay here again but ONLY after all renovations are done due to the convenience of where I was having surgery.
