Beautiful and safe hotel with friendly staff

Room was GIANORMOUS. Check in process was incredible and the guy who checked us in was extremely friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in West Hollywood!

The hotel had a great resturant and hotel sky bar that was some place. My room and my son's were the niecest rooms we've ever stayed in. The front desk staff were friendly andnvery helpful!!!

Great location in West Hollywood minutes from Chateau Marmont and the former Standard Hotel. Checked in late and was given a lovely suite - Thanks TIM! Fresh, comfortable and modern. Quiet in front of building NOT near SkyBar. Had a great breakfast poolside THANKS IZZI. Quiet mornings - fun nights. Highly recommended.

Forgot a bag in the car, front desk in ballet was so accommodating by the street to our room. Friendly staff delicious room service.

This hotel feels outdated and expensive. If you're here for business and plan to spend time in your room, I'd suggest seeking another place. The wallpaper is peeling off, there's black mold in the air conditioning, and at checkout, the manager didn't even inquire about my stay—just my room number. I won't return and wouldn't recommend it unless you won't be spending much time in the room. Plus, the parking fee of $65 is exorbitant. Overall, I fail to see the value or attractiveness of this hotel for business travelers.

My husband and I are travelling a lot having at least 70 night on hotels each year. Came to Mondrain after awesome weekend with Formula 1 in Vegas and excellent service in Vegas to emtremely low level on service at Mondrian. We were not offered any of the advantages we are required to being gold members/ havind VIP access through Hotels,com. One of this advantages is free upgrade upon availability. First question when arriving was if we were interested in upgrade. This was quickly withdrawn when they understood we would not like to pay extra for upgrade- we thaught it was included , but suddenly no upgrade was possible after all. But, that was no big issue.. Bigger issue was it that te water was cut off throuh te whole day on our second day. The hotel had failed to inform us, so when getting up at 9:15 to start the day we discovered it was impossible to get a shower, brudh teath etc until 5 pm. Not acceptable, but the hotel staff didn't seem to care at all.. Also we had looked forward to sped time in the pool area- which was closed during all the 3 days we spent in LA.. Ended up spending all time and eat all meals elsewhere... Would not recommend. Poor service, poor information, facilities not working and also unable to provde water in the bathroom.. Stay away!! Great location, though..

The hotel is classy, fun, and has excellent staff.

I have stayed here before it was about 7 years ago. It’s in a very convenient location and the staff are friendly. I did notice that the property is looking quite tired now. Definitely due for an update. A lot of guests smoking on their balcony rooms regular tobacco and marijuana which isn’t allowed that definitely needs to be better monitored. Also there use to be a restaurant downstairs that was a little more casual and not a dance party every single night and you could get a quick bite to eat.

My room was cleaned every days. The amenities were very good.

My room was upgraded free. It was a nice touch. my first experience at the Mondrin and it won't be my last.

It was a really beautiful hotel, everything was comfortable, clean and generally just a lovely place to be, that is until you actually need help from the staff. My friend left a jacket at reception for me which I forgot to collect on check out, I rang up the next day and was transferred from reception to security who were very rude, uninterested and told me to call back to reception because they had something else to do, the second time of calling I was transferred to concierge where the lady was clearly laughing at something else down the phone and wrote my number down wrong, Eventually I drove back to the hotel and face to face they were very helpful. It's a shame for such a lovely hotel, the staff perhaps need a little more training or maturity.

Our room had bed bugs, they were not swift in helping us get out of our room with any urgency whatsoever. After 6 hrs later we were moved down the hallway to a different room. We were offered a drinks for our troubles and were told our room would be credited to which when we checked out it was not and they added and extra $509 to the room with no explaining or did they ever respond to my emails. Don’t stay here! This place is old dingy and has bed bugs.

It was modern, close to sights, Didn't use all of the amenities/ was not in the hotel most of the time

this use to be a pretty special place, now it’s just like all the others, skimping on service, staff and general customer care! it’s noticed immensely.
