Coffee was in the room, but no coffee maker, there was a spot for a mini fridge, no mini fridge, also no hair dryer and a lamp didnt have a shade on it.

The people at the service desk were not very friendly. They didn't provide any information as to where things were located, what time breakfast was served, or even how to access the wifi. The room was clean and the beds/comforter/pillows were amazing! The shower was hot and had good pressure. The tv service is basic and we didn't have a phone or hair dryer in our room, but a housekeeping person did bring us a hair dryer. They were all friendly. The breakfast is decent and the morning staff was friendly. It was quiet and felt safe. I'd stay again if in the area.

Stay was ok other than it took them forever to change batteries in door. Everytime we left we had to wake for them to open our door since batteries were dead.

I made this reservation for my husband and when he got to hotel last night, they wouldn’t let him check him because he didn’t have the exact card I made the reservation with. Not sure why? So therefore I need to get a refund if you could help me out with this. Thank you and Inreally appreciate it! Pam Genail😤

Shower water never got hot, no linens for sofa bed, and half the lights in the room weren’t working.

I’m not really sure how the housekeepers are told when there is a check out but beating on my door and turning the handle a few times made me wake up way before the 11am check out that was told to me when I checked in. This happened a total of 6 times and scared me to death each time.
I would also like to comment on the can on used chew in of the drawers, a wad of chew in another draw in the room, the mirrors had streaks all over them and the window unit window was disgusting; mold, spider webs and lint wads all over the white shade.

Toilet wouldn’t work, was told I could come get a plunger(didn’t work when we first got there). Housekeeping didn’t stop by. Only 2 towels and 3 people in room and asked for extra. They never came. Had to switch rooms for second night after complaining about toilet again. Patrick was good though.

Booked a king size. They didn’t have any upon check in. Not sure if they don’t have any at this hotel. If not They need to remove the Availability from website. Nice hotel good breakfast.

Very noisy next door bar and even moved us but still noisy. Would not put us across the hall on other side of building until the next day. No milk for breakfast.

The poor girl at checkin couldn't stop saying she is going to quit because she was the only one working and expectations are just too much. Took her several minutes to get to me and then the system was down adding to her frustration and mine. I was there three nights. The tv and remote didn't work and the firm alarm loudly chirped the second night. Barking dogs groups of kids in the halls all night long so sleeping was out of the question. Facilities were in good shape. Convenient location. Cleanliness in public areas needed attention like hallway's elevators and eating area.

my doorlock did not function my entire stay. The battery was dead, my card never worked. I was told numerous times the battery would be changed, it never was. I had to get an employee EVERY time I needed entry to my room.

My room was comfortable. The employee Dezell was Very kind and helpful!! She made herself available to me if I needed anything and made sure I had what I needed.
The thermostat on the wall kept acting like it was going to work but then kicked off and never did start at all.
There was no shampoo in my room and when I asked for some they said they were out.
There was no cold water or tea to drink with breakfast, and the woman at the counter, I wish I remembered her name, did not seem to care about me wanting some and told me she could get me some from the sink.
There was also no hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers I tried, and the disinfecting wipes by the breakfast area were totally gone. Once again when I ask the woman at the counter she just said there was none and she had no idea where she could get any for me and did not even pursue any kind of resolution whatsoever.
The ice machines were only working on one of the four floors so that made it very inconvenient when that did not happen to be the floor I was staying on.
I would like to hear from some who cares about any of these issues to compensate at all for the inconveniences. The hand sanitizer and the disinfectant wipes are pretty important things not to have available at this time.

Maintenance issues, 1 safety-broken receptacle plate leaving exposed wires inside receptacle box. 3 others, plug for lamp at same receptacle bent badly, white shade on window broken, won't go up, or down. Lamp on the desk does not work, neither bulb, or plug on the lamp base.
All other Hampton Inns that I have stayed in for work, and leisure have always had microwaves, need to ensure better, and verbal communication that they have to request at check in time is required.

The bathroom door wouldn't latch. We killed two crickets in our bathroom. One of the elevators was out. Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

the staff, beginning with Rob , was very polite and accommodating. I truly thank the friendly staff for all their efforts. My problems are from first, no pool available, which was the main reason for my choice in hotels , that was very disappointing. Second, so many things did not work at the breakfast area. Waffle machines, as well as 3/4 juices OUT . The room was good. Not great . But good. I again mention Rob and the staff on duty for they did a great job. That Hampton Inn could be great with a crew like that if they had working pool and equipment.

The front desk attendant, Steven was awesome! He welcomed us with professional kindness and later after we checked in, my wife and Steven chatted for a bit. Staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The only glitch was that not one of the numerous hand sanitizer dispensers had a drop of sanitizer in them and there was no soap in the room. We requested some but were told that the hotel had run out of bars of soap. Another nice attendant offered to run to a store immediately to get some and not 10 minutes later we had soap! Overall a 9.5 out of 10.

Broken ice machines. Broken water fountains. Batteries missing in smoke detectors so they beeped. At breakfast, they were out of WATER, butter, milk, yogurt, and every single juice in the machine except cranberry was labeled “out”. But we couldn’t even get water! Not bottled, not in a pitcher, nothing. (I asked.) They were oddly out of nearly every single breakfast item we asked for and we weren’t being picky. Just basics.

Property undergoing construction, but aside from that, rooms were just dirty! Asked to move rooms because of dirty bathrooms, linens, etc. I must say the staff was exceptional considering what they had to deal with…. Very kind and accommodating but I would not stay here again

The room was wonderful! The breakfast was never good, service mediocre. There was of the ladies at the front desk that was very bossy, short with guest and staff. I had to ask twice for toliet paper and finally pulled it off the cart. Probably will not visit this location again.

Property under construction. Doors to rooms are extremely heavy and loud. Staff very unknowledgeable and breakfast was very sub-par. Was also told there was a couch bed, wasn’t told that it was a one person tiny bed.

The property is under construction, which I didn't know when booking, and it likely would have affected my decision (at least as it pertains to the price). Once it's done, I'm sure it'll be great, but for now, it was not ideal. Great staff, though! :)

For the price it could be better. I understand it’s under construction but I notified the front desk in the morning that the sink was leaking. I came back that evening and it was still not taking care of even maintenance was available that day.

This hotel was under a major remodel and I would not have stayed there jf I had known. No lobby. Most of the hotel closed. Dusty. Our room had damp carpet and questionable fixtures. The makeshift check in was on folding tables. Vending machines and ice machines on our floor didn't work. No breakfast.

The property did not communicate that our water would be shut off and when we suddenly discovered it off at 9am and went to ask why (the hotel was under construction — our floor was half torn up, but the workers were very quiet so that was fine) they tapped on a stack of fliers that said the water would be off for several hours. Had the fliers been hung up anywhere or put in the elevator so we could prepare, we could have worked around the inconvenience. As it was the manager did not offer an apology or any way for us to shower, brush our teeth, or go to the bathroom.

The property had a lot of construction going on. There was only 1 door in and out which was unsafe. And there were a couple people that were roaming the halls knocking on random doors that got very annoying. The room had been cleaned but not very well and i had to clean the bathroom due to the hotel not having water at all that day before i checked in.

Hallways and rooms smelled funny Bc being remodeled. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator. Breakfast was gone and never refilled before 8am!
