There was a pistachio shell in our room. Most of the coffees on the menu were not available. We signed up for the shuttle to the cruise line ports the day before. The shuttle did not have space for us and left us at the hotel with zero communication. We had to Uber to the cruise ports along with another 10 people who also got left behind from the shuttle. Not impressed with our experience.

It was an overnight trip in preparation for a cruise. The breakfasts buffet was fine. You can also order from their menu if you have the breakfast coupon from making your reservations at the hotel. There are at least 3 other eateries within immediate walking distance. Free airport shuttle is great. Cruise terminal shuttle cost $12 per person. The morning we left, 1015, uber was available for $16. The staff are great, especially Ronald. I would stay again.

Very old and outdated. Carpets dirty. Room was handicapped accessible but door opened right into bed very hard to get around room. Linens clean but mattress very old and sagging. Pool area dirty with parking lot adjoining and car up on jacks being repaired. No one to walk for food

It’s a nice older well kept property. I liked that about the property. Didn’t like the elevators they were creepy. Seemed like they would just break at any minute. The pool area needed to be upgraded a bit BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

This hotel has been mine and my families go-to hotel since the late 1980’s! I like the location, food is fine, the view from the upper restaurant/bar of MIA airport and surrounding area is excellent. It’s also right next to the main highways and you can very quickly get to the beach/airport or anywhere else in Miami very easily! It’s a good very clean hotel and the staff has always been kind and helpful. Stay at this Holiday Inn. It’s very good!

Clean but staff not accomodating. Refusing to provide breakfast lunchbox since had to leave before their breakfast started. Breakfast was already paid for but still refused to either reimbourse or give some form of breakfast in a bag. Arrived early before registration - willing to hold our suitcases for a fee which we paid. When I came to pick up my suicase, they could not find it and they asked if I was sure that I had left my bag with them. Turns out that they had given my bag to another client. When they found my suitcase, I had to it pick-up myself at the reception & no apologies received from the staff. BTW, would you believe that they had identified the suitcases with numbers but still managed to give my suitcase to someone else. They are willing to provide early registration AGAIN with an extra fee. Asked for 2 empty wine glasses for use in our room-they were willing to provide the glasses again for a fee. All in all, the staff is not accomodating unless you pay for everything including an empty glass. Nothing to do around the hotel which sits in an industrial park-like environment. Only positive is provide shuttle to & from Miami Airport

For a hotel room that cost over $200 I found it to be properly cared for. The rugs were crusty. There was no water in the room to drink. The window didn’t open. The breakfast was not complementary. I could go on. Suffice it to say that I do not recommend this hotel.

I did not like the surprise fee of $15 to park my car at the hotel.
I was on the first floor with a big construction light shining in my room and construction workers walking right outside my window that only had shears and no drapes to pull. I felt like I had no privacy.
