Stay was okay. Rooms are outdoors and you can hear kids running and parents talking to them. Rooms are a bit compact. But over all it was a good stay just for an overnight stay.

I feel like this hotel is way overpriced.. needs a remodel inside the suits. Old furniture and fixtures inside the rooms. Didn’t really sleep well.

Upon check in, I was informed that the elevators weren't working. They gave me a room on the 5th floor. Requested for a lower floor, my room was on the 4th Fl. Wasn't too bad, but it was still inconvenient with having 2 small kids to drag up the stairs to the 4th fl.

Completely old and worn out. Room smelled like bathroom cleaner so strong. I had to leave the door open.

Staff was great but hotel needs some work. Front door had a gap that allowed air to blow in and double beds were small and noisy. Ice machine was missing from 1st floor but front desk had a bag of ice I used. Breakfast was the best part of this hotel.

Elevators were out and we were given the 5th floor!! No discounts for being inconvenienced. Would never stay there again.

Our experience was unpleasant. The request for a non connecting room was not met, room had an unpleasant smell to it and the heater was not operational and could not be fixed. Also it felt like the face plate could fall off the unit.

Carpet was very dirty. Shower head toilet well past end of life. Bathroom floor and grout not clean. They urgently need to deep clean and invest in replacing items that customers come in contact with . Front desk staff was the only positive part of our stay

Staff greeted us warmly when we arrived and were fantastic throughout our visit.
Our room overlooked the sand dunes near the beach.
Within walking distance of the lake, ocean and locate dining options.
Breakfast was wonferful, multiple breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, sausage, scrambed eggs and biscuits.

Overall room was clean but the outside noise is fairly loud. Quite expensive for the amenities and thin walls. It’s convenient free parking but limited places to dine within walking distance.

This place seems too big to manage properly. The lines at breakfast were insane, the space is huge and yet all tables were full. When we arrived our room was under construction. The next day our door entrance passes didn’t work. And we found some sharp edges around the bed and some tables downstairs that are extremely dangerous for small children like ours. The gym was smelly and there was water leaking. One of the machines didn’t work. We might have been unlucky, but I definitely will never book this hotel again. Most of the personnel was very friendly.

The front desk staff was helpful and the staff in the kitchen was helpfull too.
Over all building condition was bad, the walkways were not clean. The room condition was very good.
We were there was 3 nights. The breakfast choices were not good. Pancake machine was down for all three days.
There was hardly any choice on hot breakfast for people who cannot eat meat.

Good location 8 minutes from Fishermans wharf, friendly staff, good choices for breakfast their waffle maker broken tho, safe area next to park and in n out. Clean rooms ac and heater working good. Would stay here again.

This property is too old. The room was very small and the refrigerator is ridiculously tiny. There is a draft in the bathroom from the ceiling. Noise is very loud from the road. The staff is great and breakfast was good.

The room was Ok but the hotel was below the normal standard of other Holiday Inn hotels. There is only one lift for the whole hotel with multiple levels. the hotel looks more like a motel than a hotel, common corridors are dingy. I booked this via Hotels.com, they stated there was laundry facilities but that was incorrect, the hotel does not have laundry facilities.

Always enjoy their morning breakfast options, especially their famous biscuits and gravy (HINT: not all locations have this option, so when I am in the area, I stay here than other places). The rooms are well stocked and maintained. The staff quick and efficient.

i liked the lake view from my room and in the morning my husband and i were talking our morning walk , the air was so fresh, parking lot was so clean . there was so much positive energy around the lake. It felt so peaceful. the ducks were diving in and out of the water. I Just loved the vibe. working in a corrections facility around inmates 12 hrs day is not easy. I was happy to choose holiday inn and i will book every year i go to Monetary with my family.

Rooms were dirty and things were not well kept. Rooms had cockroaches, dirty towels, broken showers and toilets. It was disgusting.
