My reservation was wrong- what hotel has was not what I booked online. Frustrating. The hotel worked with us to make changes the best they could as they were full. Very disappointed by hotels.com

Microwave didn’t work heat didn’t work breakfast was not very good. No elevator. Worked on ice machine so loud until 11pm.

Toilet was broke asked multiple times to fix it never happened. Faucet in shower was broke and never fixed. I wont be back there again

I was just staying for a night so I did not bother the front desk about the issues, but the room had two remotes and only the channel up/down button works on one remote, the other did not operate anything. I had to plug in the TV to turn on and unplug to turn off. The toilet seat only had one bolt so it moves around. And the tub and sink drain very slow. If you are are not planning to get up early, be ready for a 4am train horn wake up call.

When I checked they didn't have me sign anything. When I checked out, they still didn't have me sing anything. I have never been anyplace that didn't need my car info or me to sign anything. My toilet seat was broken, the curtains where dirty, and the train came by and blared its horn all night long. overall not very inviting place.

The front desk guy was nice - the atmosphere not welcoming. There are no friendly pictures, our room door was not sealed all the way, toilet was not secured to the floor, has a leak, shower sprayed everywhere, the handle to turn the water on went all the way around and had two stopping points, breakfast was ok - no meat options for a hot breakfast. The fake eggs were warm not hot. The orange juice was cloudy.

Entry way door didn’t work was stuck more than half the time.
Someone kept trying to get into the connecting door to our room and to the door to our room.

The remote didn’t work in the room and they never came to fix it.

Check in went fairly well, until we got to the room. Key card opened the door, but the inside latch wouldn't allow the door to be opened more than a couple inches. Had to get maintenance before we could get into our room. That night, we needed showers before bed. Room reservation was made for 4, my self and 3 adult daughters. There were only 3 towels. Tne guy at the desk acted that asking for towels was a big indisposition. In the laundry room, he gave me 1 hand towel. I asked for a couple of bathtowels. He said he didnt have any, and gave me another handtowel. Needlessto say we had to make do. Second night, when we returned to the room, once again we could not get in. The desk clerk had to get a hanger to get us in. This time, he also removed the inside latch. Finally, that same night, the toilet stopped up. My oldeat daughter went to report it. She was given a toilet plunger in order to fix it ourselves. That was the final straw. My family will never return to the Belmont when we visit Bellevue Nebraska.

Absolutely horrible.
First face is the wrong room and argued even though we showed the receipt, finally got the correct room. Knew we had 5 people. And first refused to provide more towels and said no extra blanket available, finally got towels and blanket. TV didn't work. Shower didn't work, only tub faucet, the shelf was broken in the bathroom. Dust and grim on the walls. And the first sheets we got where yellow and disgusting. Breakfast was poor only muffins and waffles maker. And no napkins.

Staff was very unfriendly and rude, which made for an awful check in experience. The facility looks a little rundown on the outside, but is worse on the inside. Holes in stained curtains, mildew, plugs in outlets would fall out easily, and the ways were really thin. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk when we checked in was less than helpful. But it was easy to check in. The room was adequate for our needs.

The hotel was clean and modern. The railroad tracks was near the hotel and you could hear every door slam, so it was noisy. The water took forever to warm up, and once it did was very hard to adjust. So no showers for us.

Was a glorified motel 6. Was dirty. Had to go get batteries for tv remote. Tv kept cutting in and out. Seems heat was preset. Couldn’t get it any warmer. No conditioner in shower. No foot towel.

My room was not cleaned when I had arrived. There were towels in a pile on the bathroom floor and it looked like someone had only haphazardly covered the beds and one of the pillow cases was not clean. On the other hand, it was relatively quiet and I felt safe staying there alone. The staff was also polite.

We had a nice sized room and comfortable mattress however the metal bed frame made loud popping noises throughout the night that sounded like they were coming from outside. Very wobbly and loose toilet stool and a tiny bathroom with no ventilation. Unfortunately the trains and sirens throughout the night were also very disruptive.

Amazing hotel! I was shocked at the price being so low and braced our self for a rough room and we're pleasantly surprised how clean and updated our room was! The beds were so comfortable! I wish there was as nice and affordable rooms life this in all the states we went through this trip

I had bed bugs in my room and the ac even on the lowest didn’t cool the room down. There was hair in the bathroom on the toilet when I checked in.

Room had a smell and bugs in the bathroom. Did not feel safe in room. Door looked like it was broken in at some time. No elevator so had to take steps . The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks.

The hotel does not have an elevator but has a second floor. The shower curtain in bathroom is useless, floor flooded each shower, despite our best efforts. No alarm clock or other amenities (hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc.) listed in the handy "we'll charge you if these are missing" placard provided in the room. I rented 2 rooms, only one of them had FireTV available. Beds did not feel comfortable - they were foam, but very hard and yet collapsed at the sides. Since they were too high for infirm/handicapped guests, it made them unsafe to get in and out of often, but only one chair available in a room for 3 people. I'm familiar with the area this motel is located (I grew up in the area), but I thought because it was no longer called the White House, it might have been a better stay than before - no work to parking lot, no bench/seating area outside the motel to wait for pick-up - again - elderly/infirm/handicap accessibility).

Nice hotel in a good location. However the lobby area, stairwell and hallways could have used some vacuuming. The room was spacious but could have used a normal chair at the computer desk instead of recliner.

The staff was great and the room itself was clean but rundown. The area around for a single mom traveling with 2 daughters did not feel safe! Great price but you get what you pay for.
