All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The building is a little tricky to navigate. Great food in the dining area, and overall all great stay.

Check in was uneventful. left the hotel shortly after didnt return until midnight. fell asleep late/early morning. Trying to sleep around 6am and continually hearing a BANG every few minutes. Couldnt imagine what it could be until we left early. How convenient our room was right near te door to go downstairs. Room 201 is definitely a room to avoid. We left very early, decided not to eat and just get home. We wont be back.

The counter staff was okay they were helpful and friendly. The evening restaurant was a problem. The young guy behind the bar didn't want to take my order because they were close to closing. Left and ordered from the pizza place in the parking lot. They made me a pizza in the same time because they were closing at the same time. The hotel cleaning staff was excellent. The pool area was disappointing and the arcade only takes Cash.

Hallways were a little creepy and not well lit but the rooms were fine and the breakfast was wonderful. Overall, would reserve another stay.

My husband had a wonderful overnight stay here! We booked the honeymoon suite and it was well worth it! Highly recommend this hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly and the cleanliness of the room was amazing.

We needed to get ready for a wedding, so my husband asked if we could check in a few hours early. The manager was super courteous and accommodating, which really reduced the stress of traveling/getting ready. Also, check out time is at 12pm instead of the usual 11am. We will definitely be staying with them again.

There was hair and food on the surfaces in my room. The shower had hair in it. I found a cockroach/ bug on the wall and floor. Pee stains on my toilet seat. Glad I bring my own cleaning supplies with me.

I loved the pool and the buffet breakfast. It was New Year's eve, so many people in and out on the hallway. Just wished they had parties at the venues only instead of the arcade/pool space, which was closer to my window because I had trouble putting my baby to sleep.

My room was comfortable and clean and check in was fast and easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great stay. I would just add that the hotel was very dark. Dark wood and dark brown carpeting - it didn't give a welcoming vibe. I would suggest some renovations to brighten up the space and make it more appealing and inviting.

It seemed a little dirty and and definitely needs to be remodeled. I have been staying here on New Year’s Eve for 20 years . And it smelled like a dead mouse in my room when I got there . I had to go buy air freshener. I had never experienced this in the past.

It was functional in a pinch, but double the price of what it should have been. It also looked like someone tried to break into the room a few times with all the scratch marks around the door bolt. Mildly sketchy and not worth the $190 price tag

Very strange service. We tired to eat at the bistro for dinner around 6. No body approached us for seating. No waiter. We ended up leaving to get food after a very long drive. The floors were not vacuumed in hallways and stairwells. Lots of cob webs in room. Beds were thankfully clean. Will not be returning.

Ni, who greeted us upon arrival, was very helpful not only upon arrival/check in but throughout our stay. Breakfast was hot, clean, well stocked with a great selection. Tables were always clean, setting was very comfortable and food was good. Hats off to Best Western in Kingston!

Clean faculty and friendly staff. Huge indoor pool and arcade was a welcomed bonus. Felt like i was on a cruise with the view of the pool from my room

The doors slam all night with people coming and going. They heard all dogs into one hallway where the dogs pick up other dogs scents. There is barking and growling. I switched rooms for the second night, same hallway but I came home from that trip absolutely exhausted after not getting any sleep for two nights in a row.

I required immediate access to my reserved room upon arrival for a variety of reasons and the hotel manager saw to it that I could be assisted in this need without any additional charges. An early check in is not the same as being able to use and access the room upon arrival. It was important that this be clarified and I was able to reach the manager or I would have had to cancel my trip.

The staff were nice but the facility really needs an upgrade. The smoke alarm in my room when off due to dead batteries, the shower faucet came off in my hand, The ceiling had large patches where the texture had fallen off and it had not been repaired properly. Even the crown molding was poorly fitted with huge misalignments.

Clean and very comfortable bed/pillows. You got a real down duvet and not just two thin sheets on top of each other. Tub/shower looked like it was an older model but it was clean, the water was hot, and good water pressure. Staff was very responsive and helpful and the incidentals were affordable. Room having keurig, microwave and fridge was awesome because I always need all 3 when traveling and that’s getting hard to come by. Hotel restaurant food/wine was really good and surprisingly reasonable price. Very happy with my stay!

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, big property. However, we had a room facing the atrium and was quite dark. There was no natural light and none of the night lights were working (slept well though due to the darkness). Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

Although the staff was lovely, the property and quality of the room was not with the cost. No daily room service, bathroom counter was broken and floors were uneven (trip hazards under the carpets). Very disappointed! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Restaurant menu was small but the staff was lovely!

Microwave smelled like it was burning, coffee maker didn’t work, light in bathroom did not turn off. Totally inadequate for the exorbitant $400 price tag that was doubled for a Saturday night. Staff was very nice.

For the most part this hotel is what one would expect from a Best Western. However, it had little to be desired when it came to first, the window in our room, which literally looked into a lobby with an arcade. This made our room dark and depressing. Second, the bathtub was filthy with dark hair scattered about. Disgusting.
