Ok for the price, bed was very comfortable, living room chair and ottoman were old and dirty, floor/carper clearly had not been vacuumed and cleaned in awhile, toilet seat in the one bathroom had a big chip in it

Trip to Kentucky. Planned to stop at your hotel on way home. My sister (who was traveling with us) had a heart attack the night before we were to leave. She had surgery this morning. Is still with us. As you might expect, I didn’t even think about the reservation with you. I called when I realized it but was told I couldn’t get a refund or even allow me to use it when we get to come home.

A little run down but decent for one night. Desk clerk was friendly and efficient. There was a big Price Cutter next door where I could buy a prepared meal so I didn't have to fight the traffic. Easy access to a major highway.

Breakfast was not very good. Room was small. The room was clean but not as good as others i have stayed in.

My door faces the McDonalds drive through...a busy highway...road and steps to upstairs. I was given a handicap room. Theres a large gap under my door that you can see through to the outside. I rolled up a towel and shoved it under so there wasnt a gap. Bed was clean.

Sandy the front desk attendant is rude and prejudice! I checked in on a Thursday night and had been there with my wife and service dog who is a Great Dane. On Saturday morning my wife and I went for breakfast and came back 30 minutes later and we were locked out of our room, at this point we were told that we needed to pay a pet fee for my service animal and that he couldn’t be a service animal because of his size. Keep in mind we also paid Ms Sandy for an additional night before leaving for breakfast so I refused as I had been at the property and it hadn’t been an issue but Sandy then attempted to charge me an additional fee for having him by charging the card on file! Upon entering the main office I was told to calm down several times when I was only attempting to make sense of the situation and I was told that I should leave and that I wouldn’t be refunded for the two additional nights left on my reservation! I would strongly suggest that if you are a POC to STAY AWAY! Management didn’t even access the situation and as a veteran who proudly served I have never been treated this poorly!

Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s appears to be an older property and is a bit worn and run down looking. The parking lot and ground level was trashy and needs maintenance. Our toilet didn’t work properly. Room was clean but worn looking.

For $56 you're not getting a suite at the Waldorf Astoria, but what you do get is a decent room, comfy bed and courteous staff. My only complaint was the room, while clean, smelled like stale cigarettes I mentioned this to the desk clerk as we were checking out and she was very apologetic about it. .

The bed was excellent and ALMOST worth the negatives. I would love to know the brand of sheets. The guy working reception was nice. The room needs updated. The furnishings were fine but carpet in hotels are disgusting and this one was badly stained. Our only major issue was the cold shower. I decided to go with it since cold showers are supposed to be good for you but my husband was miserable and couldnt get warm afterwards. We will not be staying again.

TV wasnt working desk manager fixed it.

They would not let me stay since I live in Springfield. They said I would be credited my money back, but it still has not been credited to my credit card.

Overall this property was fine for the price. However, I do feel like they could spend some money investing in New linens. Adjusting and fixing shower head heights and things like that. But my biggest issue was the clerk who checked me in did not know how to register a tax exempt guest. So I was charged for tax even though I had a tax exempt letter but she did not know how to attend to that. So I was able to email it the second day but the charge had already gone through and now I have to wait for the tax to be refunded. All around inconvenient.

The room served the purpose. Wasn't happy about the noise but whatever.

We were very happy with the area and the price of our accomodations! There was a hiccup with our reservation but we were able to sort everything out. The room was nice and clean for a budget friendly option.

Very comfortable

This was a quick overnight trip for us, and we were pleasantly surprised at the condition. That staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was greatly appreciated and well stocked, and very delicious. We'll stay there again when we are in Springfield, MO

Room and bathroom were dirty still. Sink drain was clogged big time. Toilet felt broke, very shaky.

Excellent breakfast , friendly staff

Loved that I could bring my dogs. They put me on the first floor without asking. There is plenty of room for them to snoop and do their business. The staff is outstanding!

Very busy intersection, but did not hear traffic (we were close to the road). Very comfortable beds. Even though doors are exterior, we did not have a draft and were comfortable all night (down in the 20's). Breakfast was good, staff was very pleasant. We'll stay here again.

Although it may or may not be allowed guest appeared to be living long term in some of our adjoining rooms. They were cooking in the rooms as well as smoking outside our room. The cooking filtered into our room and basically made all of the linens and towels smell. Even though they were clean.

Staff is wonderful, housekeeping is honest. Multiple choices at breakfast. There are multiple places that are walkable, (gas station, McDonald’s and grocery/liquor store). Rooms are decent.

The stay was pleasant, will be using this hotel from now on, on other trips. Fast easy check in. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean, shower curtain needs thrown out, was very worn out and mold spot (my only complaint). I was greatful they had smoking roooms so not have to go outside especially when first wake up.

Average at best. Breakfast was disappointing. Beds were comfortable. Was a non-smoking room that smelled from cigarettes.

Mattress was very hard and very very noisy! Dog 3 doors down barked a lot during night

You get what you pay for. For the price it wasn't a terrible stay. The staff were nice and the room was fine. Just some minor considerations. Looked like a little bit of mold above the shower and rust on a small bar in the shower. The room in general was clean. Lamp shades seemed to be hold overs from days of smoking in rooms, but there was no smell to the room. The top bed cover was obviously stained and in definite need of replacement. I would recommend this hotel if you are needing a cheap place to stay and don't mind some small issues.

Friendly staff and clean. Bed was not comfortable and there was no elevator. Breakfast was minimal.

Good service

The rooms were clean and bug free all though the carpet needs replaced. Beds were good. We stayed three nights and unless you asked the front desk for clean towels the msids would skip you room. I think they should change out your towels, empty the trash and make up the beds. Now this is our concerns! And yes, we would stay here again if we ever back here again!!
