The property was moire dated than the pictures reveal and we were surprised the pool wasn't open, but our stay was fine otherwise. We enjoyed our time on property and in Lebanon overall.

Very bad smell says non smokers and it smelled like cigarettes all night long wouldn’t stay there again

It was convenient location but the it was showing its age. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotelb said complementary breakfast but there was only coffee and some oranges, however there is a waffle house within walking distance.

Dorothy was the best part of the hotel. She made sure my team was taken care of and she addressed any concerns we had about prior reviews done on the hotel. She made sure that my team was put in a room that was clean and there were no issues. Thank you Dorothy for your amazing customer service

Room was nice. We stay there alot because it close too the medical facility we go to every 2 or 3 weeks apart. The young lady that works in the evening is so nice and helps any way she can . The room is clean and the bed is good. The only problem we had this visit was there were children above us running and jumping but hey I'm guessing they had fun . It settled down around 10 so it was ok. Over all I will continue to stay there.

The Room was not clean nor stocked the beds you can feel the coils and the pillows were terrible, other then that I have no real complaints

The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. The room was clean. I found the mattress too hard for my liking. The area surrounding the hotel was a little rough. I'm glad my husband waa with me. The price was very good which is why we chose to stay there. It was a one night stay. If it had been longer, I would have preferred some place that seemed safer.

I always stay here when I visit family.
Stayed 2 nights this visit My king bed had 3 different pillows which was a great idea to me...I could choose my comfort level. The curtain did not want to close all the way so I weighted it down with a bath towel and my toilet was loose. Only 2 things I would fix in room 102. All 3 staff members I talked with were friendly.

It had roaches, no elevator. We had to take my elderly mother up outdated stairs because they claimed they had no downstairs rooms. I said well that’s not good. The host ignored me and started helping someone else. A roach was seen behind the tv. The maid came to our door twice 30 minutes before check out.

Heater made terrible loud noise every time it turned on and off. Trash truck emptied dumpster near room at 2 AM

During check in staff member was rude and short tempered. I felt like i had inconvenienced her trying to check in my room. Room was ok. Bathroom felt dingy and dirty. Price was ok. I was awoken at 12:49 am to loud music outside my room. Someone was sitting in their vehicle running playing music for over an hour. Hotel staff didnt ask them to turn it down or leave. Will not be staying at this property again.

Good for a nights sleep but not much more than that! Under the bed was covered in animal hair and the bathroom is outdated. Staff was friendly and location was easy to get to! It said they have free breakfast and they do not! Only juice available.

The shower curtain rod was falling off the hooks and didn’t close the curtain all of the way. We had the do no disturb sign on the door and room service took it upon themselves to enter anyways and threw away my $25 lashes that were gently set aside but not the old cup on the night stand. There was also (hopefully) beard hairs all over the sheets! So outdated and gross, rude front desk lady.

Everything was great except for the breakfast it fell way short of appealing you go to the office and expecting to make a waffle or cereal but a gentleman tells you to go to the desk she asks how many breakfast you want then hands you a brown paper bag consisting of a small and I emphasize small sausage biscuit with a small granola bar and a pop tart snack bar that is your breakfast

This was a convenient place and affordable but still good quality. I didn’t like that there wasn’t fresh breakfast and only limited parking.

When we checked in, the door knob would not work so we could not get into the room. We were moved right away to a different room, which was better. When I returned home, I found an additional $72.75 charge on my credit card that I have not been able to get anyone to explain (nobody answers the phone when I call).

Courteous and helpful staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. Great stay.

The first room they gave us had a dehumidifier and the smell of moisture and mold was absolutely disgusting then we moved to a different room that was better
No breakfast varieties, they give you a pre packed paper bag. This is a cheaper motel don't expect something great
