The rooms are super dated, the pool was closed, and the breakfast was deplorable. The bartender was really nice, but subpar drinks. The dinner was descent, but again nothing to write home about. This used to be the nicest place in town to stay. I’d never return.

I booked same day and was happy with the rate. I have stayed at Crowne Plaza on multiple occasions and was expecting a nice spot. Reason for stay was a medical situation that required me to fly home. Disappointed that there was no wheelchair to accommodate my getting to my room. Instead we needed to ask for an office chair. Carpets were difficult to negotiate. Accessible room was not so great. The bathroom floor was wet at arrival. Reggie at the front desk was a rock star taking care of our 3am arrival. He did as much he could given limited tools. Condition of property suggested it might be getting ready for a name change to something like a Windam or Laquinta. Property needs a big renovation.

I stayed at Crown Plaza as that where a trade show I attended was being held. It was an attractive hotel and the room was decent. My lower rating was due to having to sit in the lobby waiting for my room for 1:15 past the advertised check in time. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but it had been a really long day, I was tired and I didn't have a car to go anywhere. The staff didn't seem too concerned about this.

The hotel is showing its age. It is definitely time for a revamp. My room was very clean, but the air conditioning did not work right my entire trip. Attempted to fix, but was never offered the option of changing rooms. The ice machine on my floor was broken, which I brought up to the front desk multiple times. Didn’t seem to care.

No wash cloths no hand towels. Carpet stained and there was glob of something. When I asked housekeeping they told me they were out. Not at $165 a night! Bed very comfortable

Great location for business needs in SW Denver area

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Only problem one of the two elevators was out of service, so sometimes you had to wait a good while for it to come.

Hotel convention center and conf room good. However guest room sub par from torm and spoiled carpet, spartan bathroom sink area, only a small glass shelf by small sink. Coffee maker only produced 1/2 cup of coffee and had grounds in bottom- undrinkable..

The property was unkept. The fees were not commiserate.

In my 50 years of being an Internationally touring musician and actor, I have never left a hotel after checking in and seeing my room. This property is the worst hotel I've ever NOT stayed in. Check-in was slow and uncaring. I was a little early - (3:45 for a 4:00 check-in) The lobby wasfilthy and my Uber driver and I had a hard time finding the entrance it was so dark - looked like they were closed. At 3:45 in the afternoon. I checked in and was given my room key on the second floor. The atrium was huge and empty and very sad. There was a stone water wall that was quite loud. I got the elevator (funky) to the 2nd floor, and the halls smelled moldy, there was a black trash bag by the elevator. I found my room - opened the door to a sad tiny room, air conditioning blasting to mask the moldy smell, and DARK. I went to the "window" to draw back the drapes when I realized - there was NO window. My room looked out on the STONE WATER WALL. I called down for another room and was told "I'll get back to you" I said I'd come down, again - "M'am I'll get back to you" I walked downstairs, got on another app, found a room elsewhere, and got an Uber. This is not a safe hotel. Sketchy, scary, moldy, and sad. The photos you have posted are so misleading you should be ashamed of yourselves I don't enjoy writing a review like this because I believe everyone is doing the best they can - especially the staff at Crown Plaza Denver - but c'mon, really? You can do better Wish I'd taken REAL photos

“Airport hotel” but shuttle is temporarily unavailable… I only figured this out after waiting for the shuttle service for a while. Everything is very dated at the hotel. The carpet in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was a Keurig machine in the room, but no glasses or cups!

My wife and I due to our flight out of Denver Int. airport being canceled made last minute reservations with you, Crown Plaza Hotel for one night's stay, Monday, 7-31-23. We looked you up under hotels that provided free hotel shuttle service from the airport and breakfast available, based on that information we selected you! It turned out that you did not currently provide shuttle service to and from the airport, and the breakfast we paid an extra $10.00 for was not ready at 6:00am as advertised, so since our taxi arrived promply at 6:30am we did not get to have breakfast, but on top of that we could not get even a cup of coffee. We would have had to return to our room to make a cup, but since we turned our keys into the front desk checking out that was not even a choice! The other conditions of our stay were good as our survey choices showed. When we arrived the night before and checked in we went into the restaurant at @8pm, but it was not fully open, we ended up ordering food at the bar, with the bartender taking and serving our food! All this made for a very, very disappointing experience! So as it turned out our stay at your hotel cost us an additional $90.00 for taxi service to and from the airport and $10.00 for breakfast we did not enjoy! Total cost was over $250.00 for one night's stay at your hotel! We don"t expect anything will come of this complaint, but we were compelled to let you know! By the way my wife and I have never posted a complaint before, first time!

Very hot room, had to switch rooms at 1am. Water leak in the hallway, with sopping wet carpet.

Had to go to the front desk to get internet straightened out the IHG auto connect is a failure also my tab at the bar was rejected as they did not have my room in the “system” it was fixed but honestly everything is a do over here:)

Probably expected too much from this hotel. It is old but it really feels old grungy.

The handicap room is not completely handicap accessible. If you are in a wheelchair which I am the room is not good. You can roll into the shower but there is no seat to sit and shower. The bed linens were not clean and had to ge changed. And, we had a long exit. Would not recommend if you are handicap.

It was a fine place to stay for the night. But the shower was not clean and there are no wash clothes.

Bare bones operation

This property was dilapidated and unkept.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel with my husband and kids, we stayed there for 2 nights but had to check out early the next day. The hotel was filthy . Our body was itching from the sheets, the bathroom is disgusting not clean at all and had mold everywhere, my kid was playing with the remote control and accidentally rented so many movies and we got charged $103, when we talked to the front office they said we can do nothing cause there is a third party company that controls it.

The employee I checked in with was wonderful! The room was subpar. $10 for parking in a lot filled with potholes was unfair. The side doors are not working re-entry. Upon returning to the hotel after going out, staff greeted me rudly by "Can I help you?" as if I didnt belong in the hotel. There was some dog event at the hotel- I'm a dog lover!! But I was woken up at 5am to the relentless sound of a dog crying and scratching in the next room. This hotel is called a "DIA hotel" but it doesn't have a shuttle to the airport. The room was subpar, carpet was filtly and the room had a strange odor.
