Check-in people were great. Carpet in room wasn't vacuumed. No coffee maker. No continental breakfast. Coffee in lobby was luke warm. No towels by pool. Room could use some updating. Overpriced for what you get.

This hotel is in a beautiful location on the river. We used to stop often because of their pool, good restaurant and location but the rooms have become very dated. Still, the employees are friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Too bad Red Lion doesn’t bring do some remodeling.

Hello lakeside view it wasn't much the door is really tiny next time I'm just going to get a room on the other side but everything else was great with the hotel

We felt safe parking our truck and trailer for the night. The staff gave great service, bar and food in the hotel was amazing as well. Hot tub big enough for multiple people. Overall, very satisfied we will be back for sure. River view upgrade is definitely a must, the suite had a little patio out the back door, simply amazing view in the fall.

The rooms were gross, very outdated -- the carpet was faded; old 70's wood paneling and the bed was HORRENDOUS. The pillows were the size of a peanut - very small. We had to ask for four more pillows. We ended up leaving early and going elsewhere.

The front dest person was amazing, very easy to talk to ,very personable. The room was very clean and comfortable

The condition of this hotel from the outside doorway smelling like pee, to the fragrance used in the hallway to cover up something, to the broken lock on the door to the nasty smell of cigarette smoke in the non smoking room we requested. We could not fathom staying there and left immediately. 10/10 do not recommend.

The hotel location is beautiful if you want a vacation. Just steps from the lake and they have a beautiful beach area with picnic tables and non motorized water sports and boats to rent. There seems to be a marina right there as well. Walking distance to the hotel beach and a community beach across the bridge. We also walked to a restaurant near the hotel which was great as well. When it comes to location it’s amazing. But as for hotel condition? Run down. This place has the potential to be a beachfront resort. But instead the hotel buildings and rooms are just old and the whole place could use a major facelift to elevate the stay. I’m surprised they haven’t started updates and renovations already. But the stay was cheap and the room was decently clean.

Very small and uncomfortable pillows, broken shower, cracked sink, stained sheets, refrigerator doesn't work. We stayed here years ago and liked it, but it is not a good place to stay now.

room was in bad condition. balcony was rotting and unsafe. bathroom not equipped with safety equipment. nice soaker with very deep sides, but no handles or equipment for safety.

Good? Fine bed. Nice location on the water. Friendly, helpful staff. Not so good? One elevator only, way at the end of the hall off the lobby. And breakfast in the restaurant, at $13 and $10 for kids, is comparable to restaurant prices but travelers have grown accustomed to complimentary breakfast, and nearly 50 bucks for a family of four is going to put off a lot of people.

The hotel in general is shabby, i.e. chipped paint on the walls and carpet was worn and dirty. The bed was comfortable but could use newer, fresher bedding.

It was perfect for a overnight stay and the setting on the river is beautiful. It’s older and a bit run down but comfortable and clean. Easy to get to from I-90 and lots of parking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was excellent, room was quiet, staff were pleasant. All around made for a pleasant stay.

It was quiet which is always a plus but, could use a bit of updating.

The young lady at the desk was very nice. She gave us an upgrade to a room with a view. They had a nice little beach where you could swim and hang oot. There were boat, kayak, and paddle board rentals.

Called ahead about EV chargers snd was told they had one - did not work!

Its a little run down and weatherd. Not the fault of the managers. Pool is 1,000 kods.

The room we reserved with a king size room with a king bed the website said that the restaurant was having prime rib checked into the room handicap room queen size bed but on the upside the bed is very comfortable went to restaurant to have dinner prime rib it's yourself the waitress wanted us to sit somewhere else to which the chairs were not as comfortable for me asked about the prime rib and she said no I don't know why it's on the web so we promptly got up and went somewhere else to eat have ate prime rib there before totally delicious that was the whole reason we rented the room to have a night out and have a fabulous dinner and instead we ended up having to go somewhere completely different the room had a dirty towel in the room but the front desk ladies were very nice property was clean but need some improvement on everything else

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy checkin and checkout. Disappointed there’s no in room coffee maker. A little worn out and dated. Still would recommend.

Nice room the restaurant was great. The grounds are huge with nice walk path.

Nice view of the river. Property could use a refresh. Bed was comfortable and well insulated comforter. Walls are not well sound insulated. Young family next door was noisy and an adult had prolonged cough which disturbed sleep.
